It's almost impossible to get information what is the difference between only three hotels on island Brijuni (Istra/Neptun/Karmen) and where are they. So, I add photo of main Brijuni port where you can see: Black circle is hotel Istra: most expensive, 3 star rooms Yellow circle is hotel Neptun: 2 star rooms Red circle is hotel Karmen: 1 star rooms...

Very cosey hotel, old fashioned but very charming. The food is great, the staff is very kind and sociable and the rooms are very clean and neat. Beds are cosey too and the balcony view is amazing. We enjoyed every moment of our three day stay. It's pricey, but worth it.

A very old-school hotel. Almost everything dates back to another era, when this beautiful island was known mostly as the residence of president Tito. The high ceiling, the old style huge bathroom, the old furniture, and even the lack of wifi. Despite being old and in some ways obsolete, this place still has some charm, mostly because its location, and...

Typically Croatian: - Not friendly - Not Helpful - Expect only what's in your briefcase... Food at restaurant was low quality, not fresh. We expected better service and better communication. Do not leave anything unattended there, it will quickly disappear and nobody will help you to find your "lost" things back. Very disappointing for a so called luxury hotel... If...

I love this place... peace and tranquility! It simply brings a smile to my face whenever I am here. You have to spend a few days here to understand this. But if you are looking for excellent service and comfort, go elsewhere. The hotel is average and rooms need a renovation, service is nothing special. Rooms are old-school and without...

Extremely strange hotel. Located in one of the most beautiful places in Croatia, this hotel is quite opposite of the parc Brijuni. It is old, but it looks good from outside. A bit unpleasant reception desk. Slow lifts. Huuuuge rooms, old, but well maintained and super clean. And that is about it. Everything else is not good. Personnel is rude...

Very old hotel with any updates since 60s-70s. The location and the atmosphere is simply magnificent but they should invest some money in that hotel. It's a big pity to lose let a hotel like this to die. The waiters are old persons , maybe they work there since forever and they speak English only with hands. I recomand this...

review applies only to the Neptune part of Istra Neptun hotel!! old furniture, old equipment, floors creak ... but the rooms are spacious with beautiful views of the park or the sea ... very neat and clean ... the staff are helpful and friendly. I am satisfied considering that this is a two-star hotel!

You just have to see it with your own eyes to believe it. Hotel is good. Service is excellent and nature around unbelievable. I prefer to come in spring because there is not such overbooking and there is just several touristic organized tours. So you really can enjoy nature.

When we arrived, we asked whether we could sit down to eat something with the dog. That was no problem. Waiter handed over the cards. We didn't decide fast enough, because when we ordered our drinks the waiter said 'if you just want drinks, go to the bar'. I breathed very deep and told the waiter that we want to...

“Every room is quiet because there are no cars on island only difference is if you want sea view or not. We chose forest view so every morning we saw squirrels playing on pine three which was really cute.”
