Definitely 5 out of 5 .. This B&B is up in the mountains about 30minutes from Plitvice Lakes N/Pk .. the surroundings are breathtaking.. the rooms are beautiful & modern & very cosy. The people that run it are delightful & friendly. We enjoyed delicious home cooked meals with all fresh produce from there garden and nothing was a bother.. you definitely felt full when you had finished and the meals were reasonably priced .. I would definitely recommend this establishment during any month of the yr..

Very friendly host, super-clean room, good service. Host arranged tickets to the park, so no hassle with long queues. Can recommend this place! About 1 mile to gate 3 and big waterfall. We will come back next year. Fresh fruit everywhere in the trees. 5* plus from me!

Our stay at Villa Prica is truly a wonderful experience. The new rooms are incredibly clean and large. The bathroom is beautiful, warm and large. The entrance to the park can be easily walked. The big waterfall is very close. Everywhere is beautiful nature, forest and mountains. Breakfast is homework. It is very rich and tasty. We will gladly come again. All praises for the kind host Milan and his family.

I'm going to be honest here. One of the things that really irks me are guesthouses that are advertised as hotels. This is one of those places. The positives: - nice and clean - beautiful spacious rooms - nice bathroom - within reasonable walking distance to the waterfalls and lakes (free parking). - very nice and friendly host
The negatives: This is just a regular house with multiple bedrooms which they provide tourists, at quite an expensive price. What this means is that the walls are paper-thin, and you feel like you're sleeping over at your Uncle Benny's home that he was kind enough to give you a room and you cannot be comfortable. I had a screaming six or so year old right next to my ear all night - I knocked on the neighbouring guests' door and told them I'm trying to sleep after being in the sun all day, and they were completely dismissive. Yes, I was upset on these inconsiderate and negligent parents, but I was even more upset on the owner for lumping all of us together in a cardboard house.
When I pay money, I want to have my privacy and peace, and I'm always offended when people try to make money from a family business on my expense.... I might as well have slept on the floor of the neighbouring guests' room since I could hear everything anyway.

On the far end of the Plitvace Lakes with a short walk to an uncrowded entrance. Clean spacious room. Host there to greet us and obtained us tickets for the next morning in the Park. Does offer a nice continental breakfast if requested. Morning marmalade hand made the night before. Perfect location away from the massive crowds and buses when visiting the lake.
