We went here for dinner after a day in the park. Service was great, our waiter was so friendly and knowledgable. Nice atmosphere. We ordered a grill platter for two which was brilliant. Starter, that and wine for two was only 250 kuna!! Great value. Would definitely go back.

The pension is situated very near to the Plitvice beautiful National Park, surrounded by a green and fantastic garden with flowers and trees and many birds.
The rooms are clean and amplious but a little bit old fashion, but the bed we had was excelent, (room Nr. 1).
The landlord lady, how can I put it in words, she was fun, attentive to every need we had, I have to say that I did argue with her if the pension was as she said 800 meters from the Plitvice National Park as she said, I said is more than 1.5 km` now is the time to say the truth the pension is not further than 700-800 meters from the national Park entrance. We, my wife and me walked the distance and the landlord ladywho did a lot of fun out of it was right, I was defeated! :-)
The Pension is a family business well managed, they have an excelent restaurant there, the food and prices were fantastic the food especially the grilled meat we had and the service was something to remember for many years. they do not speak english very well but there is no problem to comunicate with pension staff.
The landlord prepares every morning breakfast especially for every guest that enters the dinning room, the food is fresh and abundant but once more I have to say the price was low as well as the low price we paid for the room. we stayed there for two nigths on a weekend, once more if I didn't recomend this place clearly enough the straight forward,
I recommend this pension with all my heart.
Go and enjoy as well the beautiful Plitvice National Park, this is an obligation to yourself!

Restaurant Petar was recommended to us although we were staying elsewhere. We had trout and duck which were cooked under the bell (grilled or bbq, depending upon where you are from). Complimentary honey schnapps prior to meal was a bonus. Maitre d' was very helpful explaining the ingredients and cooking methods. Price was good for quality of food. Happy wedding day Petar!

The upstair bedroom is small and the ceiling is so low in some parts that we have to be careful. Definitely, the room is not comfortable. We spent 2 nights and surprisingly the room was not cleaning after the first day(!). No breakfast included, it is worth paying for it (7€), though. But if there is not a minimum of guests, they don’t offer the buffet.
Wear and tear towels, including holes on them.
Upside: is not expensive and near the park (1000 m).

A minor mistake on either our part or booking.com, the booking was for 1 instead of both my girlfriend and I. The most unforgiving woman greets us and throws a mini fit until we finally are able to convince her that we have money and will pay extra for an additional guest. Ten more Euro's is what the whole ordeal was over! Jeez. So that's just the start. It just so happened that we were there on a weekend, arrived Saturday night, slept fine, asked if there was an easier way to get to the park other than the busy road out front, to which she replied in perfect English "No, you have to take the road". There was, and it's super easy. Sundays are funny in Croatia, or at least we learned at the end of our Sunday through the park, every store is closed and the restaurant at House Krizmanic is closed as well. Also it just so happened that the time change happened on that Sunday as well, and she neglected to tell us any of that. Thank god we were 3 hours early for the bus the next day(because we couldn't wait to be away from the owners) otherwise we would have missed it and been screwed. The restaurant was overpriced, when open, the shower is tiny, even by European standards and this woman didn't know a damn thing about the park. If I could give zero stars I would. You've been warned.

While searching desperately for food near Plitvice Lakes park, we stumbled across this place. Great surprise!! Everything cooked on a fire grill and freshly made. Had an amazing grilled trout and a local steak -- both incredible and very affordable. Waiter was amazing and also answered tons of questions about the park. If you are in the area, seek this out and eat there!!

This zimmer was pretty much the only option for me since there were not many zimmers operating near Entrance 1 in March. The owner will arrange you a pick-up service from the bus stop, which I liked very much. The location, it takes about 5~10 minutes by a car from the bus stop. The owner speaks basic english so you don't have a chance to complain or to ask favor. Overall, I think I paid too much for what ive got.

Had a great stay at Pansion Krizmanic! Navenka and Dragon were great hosts and we loved being walking distance to the beautiful Plitvice Lakes National Park. The dinners were delicious and the servers friendly and professional. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the site relaxing and pretty. Highly recommended!

We booked the pansion just a few hours before our planned arrival time and requested a late check in. Everything went well and we got the confirmation quite rapidly.
We had a room with a double bed, private bathroom and WiFi. Breakfast was served for approx 6€.
The house is located at about 1km from entrance 1 of the park. We were able to leave our luggage at the house while we were visiting the park and when we came back to get it, the owner very kindly offered to bring us to the bus stop by car.

Such a little jem, yes it.s a b/b, but it's quaint,spotlessly clean, excellent dinner and choice of local produce,with a great price, The owners were friendly and helpful, room was very comfortable, and so clean, the only thing to be aware of is that cash only accepted, no cards.
