We went without a car. we were picked up at the airport and they took us back at the end of the holiday, excellent punctual service both ways. I'll dig out the company name if you need it. I guess it depends where you want to go, however from the campsite we did a fish picnic to Rovinj which was fantastic, there was a boat that went from the camp to Novigrad (small town that we loved, we went there twice) and we went to Porec by boat from the campsite. I would say being honest, the only time we needed a car was the supermarket outside the campsite, which was a 20 minute walk away. There is a supermarket on site but the prices are a lot higher, so we did a couple of big shops but it was a fair distance to walk. Other than that think you will be fine.......
