We travelled with TUI and got what we paid for; a city view room which we were very happy with (room 320). Our room didn’t have a coffee maker just a kettle with a few tea bags and some coffee sachets which included a creamer and sugar. We drank the water and didn’t suffer any ill effects. Loved this hotel and Porec. Enjoy.

Sorry not to sure, we paid 1400 for two from the 10th July for a week, with a upgraded see view, it did not have a balcony just full size windows overlooking the bay you could fully open, believe tui who we booked with only have the full size windows options, we did see people at reception upgrading to a full balcony option, it can get a little noisy over the harbour, if we book again we may go for the standard room at the back of the hotel,
