Beautiful clean hotel! A little tricky to locate, but we found it! Once we found it, they took us back to our car to move it to the secure parking lot and take us back to the hotel. Beautiful breakfast patio!!! Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Very clean and kind staff

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and were very happy with our stay. The interior and the reception are great. The staff speaks fluently English and are very helpful. Our room came with breakfast which is decent. Our room was very clean and classy with decent shower. The best thing about the hotel is the location, it's close...

Only stayed here 2 nights but really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was large and bright. Excellent location in the old town and no noise during the night. We had to check out early and we got a packed breakfast for the road. Only negative is there is no lift, we were on the...

The hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The weather was nice enough for us to be able to breakfast on the 2nd floor patio. Gorgeous and delicious. It is worth bringing bottled water for brushing teeth because the sink water sometimes comes out brownish. Old plumbing so no big deal and it...

We spent five wonderful nights at this property. It is located in a renovated monastery. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom had all the amenities and was modern. Our room, 103, had a view of the harbor. The hotel is situated on a quiet walking street among quaint old buildings. If you are looking for a modern...

My husband & I stayed 3 nights at Angelo d'Oro. It's a beautiful hotel with excellent, friendly staff & located on a small street away from the tourist area. The town is mostly pedestrian, so the hotel provides an off-site parking lot & complimentary pickup. They'll also take you to the bus station. Our room was great facing the small...

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the hotel. Staff were very good and room was clean, warm and comfortable. We took advantage of the lift back to the bus station on departure and wish we had asked for it on arrival rather than dragging bags over cobblestones. Breakfast was excellent and I appreciated the linens and dinnerware. Overall a...

My husband and I arrived in Rovinj around 7pm after 8 hours of driving. When we arrived at the hotel we were told there was no room for us. That the room that was reserved was flooded and was being painted. We didn't believe this and later found out that the hotel was overbooked. They offered us an apartment not...

Don't have enough words to express what a wonderful week we spent in this fabulous hotel. We wanted to stay in the old town of Rovinj as opposed to the new build hotels down the coast, and this hotel was just brilliant! From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Our room (206) on the 2nd floor was lovely,...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A historic building in a cobblestone street leading to the church of St Euphemia and steps away from Rovinj's main square has been carefully renovated and transformed into a charming small hotel, where traditional features are combined with up to date facilities to ensure a unique and comfortable stay. The seamless blend of tradition and modernity is accented throughout the hotel, which boasts finely restored antique furniture, centuries old stone walls and exposed beams, as well as wi fi and air conditioning. Sumptuous breakfast is served on the shaded patio behind the hotel and in the stone-paved reception and lounge area; at night this turns into a lounge bar where guests can have a quick drink or sample wines from our small but well-stocked wine cellar and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Our 23 standard rooms, three family rooms and one suite are decorated in tranquil earthy tones, with elegant wrought iron beds, yet each is one of a kind, with hand-picked antique wardrobes and dressers. All rooms have modern en suite bathrooms with bathtubs or showers, air-conditioning and free wi fi. ... more   less
