This hotel had mixed reviews but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Our room is large and well appointed. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. They were very well informed about status at the airport. We had dinner at the hotel and it was very good. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are tired and feel dirty overall. The carpets are gross. The walls look to not have been cleaned or painted in decades. The beds are little more than a thin mattress over a plywood board. Then there’s the towels – stained, frayed and thread-bare. When we asked for clean ones, the best we could get were frayed and...

You will book it online and they will sent you message next day stating they take cash only. If you don't have internet and travelling and don't have that much cash you will be stuck looking for another hotel. Avoid it if you can. It could be more then just inconvenience if you come in the middle of the night.

OK, so I made a mistake - my own fault! Zagreb airport is a long way from Zagreb! I booked a hotel very near the airport as I had a flight home very early on the Saturday morning, but had I known just how absolutely isolated this hotel is, I would probably have opted for a city centre one and...

On the positive side, the hotel is quirky and interesting with a clean, inviting small lobby and bar. In the room, some family-made schnapps to try. The staff (it's a family owned/run hotel) were very nice, very efficient and helpful. It is also very, very close to the airport - walking distance. And a decent breakfast. On the down side,...

Hotel is close to Zagreb airport, which is its only benefit. Upon arrival, we were told we would get the "discounted room" because we reserved through an online booking service. The bathroom door would only open half way, but that was okay because the door handle came off when we touched it. Had to wiggle around the half open door...

Quiet and pleasant hotel with very nice and helpful staff, in a convenient location at the airport. Ideal for a short sleep, if you arrive lately during the night. Hotel is luxury eoungh even for business trips.

Hotel Plaso is well located next to the Zagreb airport and the staff were friendly. I got a room on the top floor which was big but there was an odd smell. Breakfast is average, normal of what to expect when staying in the region. This hotel is not my first choice when traveling through the region but it is...

I stayed a few times , the staff were very friendly and did the best with what little they had to work with. All the rooms were similar , very small old rickety beds, the same with the furniture . Breakfast was low cost to say the least and if you looked up in the breakfast room you saw a...
