We did not stay here. Stopped for lunch and walked around the beautiful grounds. Food and service were excellent. Would recommend this property to others. Will try to stay here next visit. Quiet and beautiful location.

We were made so welcome by the family and staff that run this hotel. The decoration is wonderful and you can just feel the history of the place as you walk around the grounds and stay in the really comfortable rooms. It was rather chilly at night but once they knew we needed warmth, we had extra blankets, a radiator...

As part of the G Adventures Group Tour a group of eight of us stayed in the historic Hacienda Pinsaqui near Otavalo. Loved the peaceful countryside setting. The service and food were excellent. In the evening we were thrilled to hear a local group of skilled musicians 'Waukis' who played folkloric flute ballads like "Somos Ecuador" "La Casa Esta Muy...

Did not stay here but Enjoyed 2 lunches at this restaurant in an old hacienda. Both were excellent, in particular some local dishes: potato soup with avocado and cheese; ceviche; grilled trout; pork cut up in small pieces served in a sauce that gives it a reddish color. Very good service too.

Peaceful romantic rambling hacienda with very spacious bedrooms and functional ensuites. The breakfast room was particularly stunning. We found the service excellent, the food good but a limited menu. We ate out in Otavalo our 2nd night - easy to get a taxi, or we took the bus. Scores top for a taste of history and bygone splendours, not so...

We wanted to experience one of the traditional haciendas in the Otavalo area. Hotel Pinasqui came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. We were assigned a 3 level room. Entering on the level with a King sized bed, we had a bathroom below, and a loft bedroom, with fireplace above. The room was delightful. The fireplace was lit for...

During our visit to Otavalo we stayed in a beautiful, rustic lodge, but decided to visit Hacienda Pinsaqui for dinner one evening. Our hostess recommended it over another hacienda in the area and called ahead, though I do not believe reservations must be made in advance. The menu provided many good options. We ordered chicken, steak, and a pasta dish...

You will find an elegant but also cosy country house, with a private plaza de toros to boot. The owners are very friendly and the food is ok. Only negative is that only the owners speak English . The cuisine is simple but well prepared.

We stayed here an a G Adventures tour, and from the minute we arrived, it took our breath away! There were 6 of us in 5 rooms, and each room was completely different/ We were lucky enough to get room #1, a massive suite with a gorgeous porcelain sink, a big bed, a full sitting room, plenty of space and...

The Hacienda Pinsaqui, is a great place if you need a peaceful stay. Even if it's close to the Panamericana, you don't hear the road too much. The place is absolutely beautiful, ancient and preserved with lots of respect. The room are very confortable, the wifi is good and the service is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this place!
