Hi there, I never did get a booking, the only way I was able to get through to them was through their facebook page: 'Hotel Boutique San Pedro de Riobamba. If you can't get through to them I would highly recommend Mansion Santa Isabella, it was also very nice. We walked in without a reservation, I think it was about $80/night. Cheers.
