I was in Biriwa with my family and we had an amazing experience. The food was excpetional, lovely seafood platter, jollof rice, fried plantain; beautifully presented. Breakfast was amazing as well, home baked bread rolls, fruit platter :). Rooms were clean and spacious. A little paradise.

This tucked-away gem has to be among the nicest places to stay in the Cape Coast region. It features a small swimming pool and some shaded seating, and spacious rooms that are set high on a bluff overlooking the Atlantic. The beach (undeveloped) is reached down a path of several hundred yards. In our one-night stay a refreshing breeze was...

I was at Biriwa beach resort with my wife and kid during our week long holiday in the region. moving from one resort to another. But we got to Biriwa on a Friday afternoon and it was full of visitors who had commuted for a funeral in the area, so we didn't get a room but spent some time there....

I didn't stay at this hotel but have spent days there to use the pool and eat. I'm volunteering here for 10 weeks and staying with a local family. The pool is lovely, good facilities, showers etc. The food is pretty good too. Service good. The setting and scenery are second to none. It's quiet, tranquil and absolutely beautiful.

Sometimes you are amazed how important it is to be friendly to your guest. During the check in were ignored as much as possible. We were shown to our room without even uttering one word. We were at the pool and so was the man attending the front desk. I was on my way to the frontdesk to get a...

Never, in all of the places I've stayed all over the world, have I ever felt so unwelcome and unwanted. Thankfully we were only booked for one night, otherwise we would have had to leave. Upon arrival, the guy on reception (the son of the owner) couldn't even make eye contact with us, let alone exchange a greeting. Upon being...

I have been to the Biriwa Beach Hotel many, many times. I have stayed there, I have had lunch there, and I have visited and paid to use the pool. Often it is difficult to get any service at all. You might wait 10 minutes or 30 for just a bottle of beer. Food is even less predictable. And, no...

I like the place, and I stop by very often. The food is ok though they often don't have the items from german menu. Staff is friendly, food can be somehow slow, but what I don't like is the number of flies and ants when you eat. Seems like spraying don't happens to often. If you manage the ants and...

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I arrived with a group of 12 other teachers on an exchange from the US to Ghana. We took up all 7 of their rooms. The woman who booked our lodging assured us that we would have constant wifi and uninterrupted electricity because they had a generator. While they did have a generator, the...

I had the luck to spend 2 days here amongst these beautiful surroundings the place is spotlessly clean and well kept. The room was well decorated with ample space and stunning views. The staff at reception and the bar and restaurant very friendly and the food great, you should try the grilled lobsters. I just lay by the pool watching...
