We paid 120 quetzales per night for two nights for a semi private room and got a third night free when we booked the semuc champey tour through them(which it totally worth it). I emailed them the night before through the website email address and ha confirmation of my booming the same night. I highly recommend booking yourself in for the evening meal if you do the tour with them.
