I recently stayed at Mayfair Treebo. There I was at the reception waiting to be allotted a room. The explanation given to me at that time was the rooms were full, hence allotment could not be done. At that time, a walk in guest came and was given a room. I raised the question about him being allotted a room,...

Stayed three nights at Treebo. Nice, clean rooms with AC and fan. Free water (2 bottles a day). Very good showers! Warm water is plenty. Beds are a bit hard but for me good. The AC (bit oldschool but effective) is a bit noisy. The breakfast is rudimentary - indian mostly with bread and jam. The breakfast area is tiny!...

Only location is gud, breakfast complimentary but not gud , staff also not very gud , mostly they say no to everything. No separate parking only roadside parking is there, treebo added few gud paintings and make it worth staying but still scope for lots of improvement.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my 3 sons and we found it clean and pleasant. One of the rooms was a bit more basic but the other had a nice little balcony and both were very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and it was a good base for exploring Panjim. Would definitely stay again.

My first visit to Goa was made memorable by Mayfair. We went on a Company offsite and it was important that all of us enjoyed the short stay. Mayfair is a lovely property built in the old English style. The rooms are cosy and spacious and the food not too bad. The poolside and the pool itself is the hotel's...

Average hotel riding high on their Lonely Planet top entry. Dirty mattresses, musty smelling room and bathroom, and airconditioner old, dirty, industrial style and loud. Garden messy and not accessable. Staff unhelpful, with unfair opinions of others. Lonely Planet could not have been more off with this one. A terror that will give you asthma and a raw feeling about...

The cleaning lady has left a long time ago .I don't know why "Lonely Planet" rates this hotel so high, they must have been here "100 years" ago. Old and not worth the money. The beds and cushions look like they have never been replaced the last 40 years. That's how old this joint is. I wouldn't even say budget...

Nothing like the photos on the website. No hot water, TV was not working. Lift was always stuck. No housekeeping in sight. People at reception always in bad mood. Only care about money. Save your money and don't stay here. Rooms are not worth more than INR 300 a night.

The Owner and her daughter was most welcoming, and shared a great deal of good information. Very nice people! The room had seen better days, but the beds were ok. We had a small balcony to the street and it was very noisy at night. The shower had hot water running - barly! Good location, very close to the shopping...

Everything about this hotel is average. Rooms are basic and have neat clean basic facilities. We stayed in Deluxe Non AC Room. It can be chosen if someone is tight on budget and wants to stay in Panaji, Goa. Good thing is its near to 18th June Road which has got good market and restaurants besides Panaji main street and...
