Amazing location within the tea plantations - fantastic for walking, all you need is the satellite images of Google maps and you're good to head off in the tea fields and along the ridge. We made a booking over the phone a few days before, which was confirmed on the phone by Zina cottage the morning we were travelling -... More

The rooms are fine. Outside its just amazing. If you are looking for a cottage stay it's the best. The helpers out there are also great. Wonderful hospitality. Don't forget to eat the food cooked by them. The rates are also not high. Great value for money

My partner and I ended up spending 17nights at Zina cottage. Not only were we lucky to spend it with another great couple and many other people and family's that came and went but we were lucky to get to know Arul and Raja the two guys that work there. My partner and myself made a great bond with Arul... More

We stayed with Raja at Zina cottage for two nights during our honeymoon. Munnar is magical and it's lovely that Zina is away from the town - amongst the hills and the plantations. The view from the cottage was gorgeous and in the evening, at sun set, we'd go so far as to say it's one of the most beautiful... More

We were sent to this cottage by Eric from JJ Cottage in Old Munnar because we wanted something with more spectacular views than those seen from the town. We got exactly what we wanted! This is a lovely cottage with friendly staff and nice rooms with comfy beds and hot water if you want it. If you don't want to... More

I stayed there for four nights the end of February and it was wonderful. The house is located in the middle of the tea plantation couple of miles away from the city center and has a little back yard with amazing view very peaceful and relaxing. The room was simple but clean with hot water at all time. Raja and... More

This is perfectly located among the hills, with incredibly delicious meals cooked by Gauri and Raja but walking distance to Munnar town and other activities. The rooms are a little dark, but the garden with hammocks and tables are great for relaxing and taking in the views of the tea plantations. You can easily go for self guided walks through... More

The rooms may be a little on the dark side and smell a bit musty in this little cottage settled amidst the tea plantations of Munnar, but you won't find a sweeter and more secluded spot that's this accessible to town, which is just a short walk or rickshaw ride away. Raja and Gauri are wonderful hosts (not to mention... More
