The staff were courteous and very helpful. Being a newcomer to the place, they guided us properly. Priced at an affordable rent I shall recommend this place for anyone visiting Munnar with family. Negative side of my trip: very hard to find a vegetarian restaurant with only one decent veg hotel named Saravana Bhavan. They serve good stuff but the...

With family I stayed at the hotel. Staffs are very courteous. Front desk people were very co operative. Situated in the main bazaar area of munnar. Only thing the hotel has no restaurant. But many restaurants are nearby. To mention a few , saravana bhavan , chettinad , gurus etc. Car parking is not adequate

Good rooms, nice, cosy beds, warm blankets, a geyser in good working condition...what else does a man need while on a holiday? They don't have a kitchen, so one would have to go out to have food, but that isn't much of a problem as the home is located right at the heart of the town. They do offer room...

My uncle booked this hotel through a friend. Which is at the center of Munnar town. its affordable(For Budget stay) for Middle class families. Rooms quite fine and neat. There are restaurants near by. So food is not a issue. Good place to stay with family and friends.

Location is good but nothing else. Rooms are small. They do not have kitchen. Arrangement of food is very difficult repeat very difficult. Room service available and foods are brought from far away (approx 1 km) restaurant even in filthy packing. More over you will not get a place to sit to have the food. A small dirty dining room...

Booked a standard 4 bed room (2 double beds). -- interior was clean. -- No outside opening windows were there. -- No balcony was there. ( Balcony rooms cost more as they said). -- Hot water available only @ specific times (night 2 hours & morning 4 hours) -- Only one charging port in a 4 bed room (disappointing factor).
