Had to wait some time for our breakfast, around 25 min but it was well worth it. Great fruit, pancakes and coffee. Prices seem to be average, perhaps a bit lower than other places that are more specialized on breakfast.

About 300meters :) super easy and there are many wonderful restaurants and bars there too. Check out Kwahns (I may have spelt that wrong) it's a cooking school/restaurant and the most delicious food I ate my entire trip! :)
