We spent 4 nights in Sonya guesthouse and were very satisfied! We got a room in the new building across the road. Walking distance to the beach was still short (about 3 mins) and the big advantage of the hidden building was definitely the calm and quietness. The new building is very modern and clean. The price is very good...

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Sonya. The staff was extremely hospitable and the location is excellent. The bungalow was clean and spacious. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the beach in the evening.

Rooms here are nice and not too expensive. The staff are really friendly that make you feel very welcome. The food in the restaurant is really good. They do tours as well and rent bikes which makes things very convenient

We had nice breakfast at Sonyas'. The breakfast menu has a wide range of choices. The only one in the area where we noticed oatmeal porridge with bananas and cashew nuts in the menu. Scrambled eggs and fruit selection was good as well. Coffee not bad either..

I cannot recommend Sonya enough for travellers looking for simple but friendly accommodation and delicious Thai food. The bungalows are super clean (and cleaned daily upon request) and just a few metres from Klong Khong beach. Our stay included breakfast, which was varied and generous. We sampled a lot of restaurants in the area but kept coming back to Sonya's...

This restaurant caught our eye as we were riding past. We stopped to check out the specials on the board and decided to give it a try. We both went for the grilled red snapper which came with salad and cheese topped potato. The staff were very friendly and the food came out in a reasonable time. The salad was...

This time was my second stay here and I really like it. I have tried both the aircon- and fan-bungalows, both are very clean and nice to stay in. The family that runs the place are all very friendly and the girl who is "in charge" speaks very good English and can help you with almost anything! You can book...

We really enjoyed our stay at Sonya's guesthouse. The girls and woman of the staff are very friendly and kind and can help you with anything you need. They have good tips on tours, they have motorbikes for rent and they are very sympathetic. They even took me to a local bamboo workplace because I was looking for a piece...
