Staff doesn't care. The manager simply doesn't want to be bothered. On the bright side: Koh Lanta is a beautiful island, very laid-back, it's Thailand as it used to be. The beach is close to the hotel, it's long, clean and wide, although the sea's too shallow for adults. Breakfast was not bad, with standard selection of everything. However, I...

Unbelievable that you have the audacity to write this after speaking with you and you threatening me with a terrible review and then insulting my staff with very offensive language that even my son would be punished for. Hope the rest of your trip around Thailand was equally as fun filled as your stay with us. I certainly enjoyed all...

We spent our first night on Koh Lanta at this resort. We found it online while on the ferry and chose it as it had a pool and was relatively close to pier end of island. The beach is quite tidal but we were there on a full moon weekend. Good value, very clean, good sized bungalows with a nice...

Dear Valued Guests Many thanks for taking the time to review your stay with us. As if with most reviews the location wins the day regardless if you are in the garden view or ocean view rooms. The whole resort is beautifully situated. As you say, a scooter is the way to get out and about and explore the surroundings....

We loved our stay here, good value for money. We stayed in a garden room which had a lovely view of the rocky bay. The terrace had some nice seats although we did not spend much time there due to the tropical mossies! The rooms are equipped with mosquito nets which whilst a bit battered, did the job! The bed...

Dear Valued Guests Many thanks for taking the time to review your stay with us. It's like a complete reversal of the previous review. Just goes to show that everyone has different tastes and requirements. I feel that you summed up Twin Bay in its true light. Simple but clean but in a great location. Far enough away from the...

Twin Bay has a really nice pool area right by the beach. The rooms are ok and the breakfast is good. However, most of the staff speak very bad english and some are very unhelpful. Some of the girls in the reception are too busy putting on make up and speaking on their cellphones to acknowledge the guests. The restaurant...

Well it amazes me why people do not research before choosing a resort. You say bad location ? Our location is the envy of most resorts as it affords perfect views, large clean beach and far enough away from the crowds yet close enough. Obviously you had not read any of my replies nor our website that cleary says where...

If you plan to take some days off with your family in a cozy, budget and fairy place - you should book the Twin Bay. The first resort we were, where we have the Internet all over the resort - on the beach, near the pool, in the bar, in the room - everywhere. When we've opened our room, I...

Dear valued guests Many thanks for a lovely review of your stay with us. As with the vast majorityof reviews the location wins the day followed by the friendliness of the staff. From Singapore it is just a hop, skip and a jump to get here and once the bridge is finished it will take a lot quicker to arrive....

It was my first stay at a resort in Thailand and I am truly happy that I picked the Twin Bay. I stayed for 5 nights and it was such a relaxing experience. The location is amazing - perfect beach, away from the busier areas, but still close enough if you want to walk to a beach bar or restaurant...

Dear Valued Guests What a good morning we are having here. Your review is the second positive one we received today. Very similar in content as the previous one. The location wins the day followed by the staff. As it is the end of the season your review too will act as a reward to them for the tirless work...

Lovely beach bungalows in a fantastic location, at the end of the island so a bay on each side, and right on a beautiful beach! Bungalows are simple, but clean and comfortable, ours was so private with a lovely view! An easily stroll along the beach to lots of restaurants and a small mini mart, the food here is also...

Dear Valued Guests Many thanks for your positive review of your stay with us. It is especially nice to get such reviews at the end of the season as a reward to the staff for their efforts over a very busy high season. I am sure they will be deligted to read it. As with the vast majority the location...

We had a 3 night stay here. Nothing to complain about really. Next to the beach and a nice clean bungalow. They advertise free wifi in public areas, though the signal was strong and worked excellent in our room as well. Overall wifi was fast. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is a bit boring. Not really walking distance...

Dear Valued Guests Well as we say on our website, we are in a quiet location, far enough away from the crowds but close enough if you want to join them. We feel that most of our clients enjoy this fact of having the simple choice rather than being sat in the middle of the bay with the masses. As...

Fabulous bungalows on the beach - the sea rooms are so lovely with view over a sandy beach and the sea -a real memory to cherish. Dear Valued Guests Thank you so much for your positive review of us. Yes indeed we are not 5 star, never tried to be and never will be. Dear Valued Guests Many thanks for your bullet point review. I do tend to agree with both the positive and the less positive points to a certain degree. Allow me to expand on some of them as follows: The beds and pillows are always an issue for some. Asai in general are renowned for the firmness of beds and pillows,...
