This place is extremely far from everything (half an hour taxi ride to the nice beach further north). I can't remember the name of it, but it's the one close to Saladan (Klong Dao?) The bed was also extremely hard, and they could not offer a double bed. The beds can not be moved together because the posts extend too... More

We had three nights booked at White Rock. The beach is 50mtrs from reception and as many restaurants and little shops as you could wish for all within easy walking distance. The wooden cladded rooms appear quaint and rustic and the outdoor pool can be found if you follow the path through the rooms to the far end of the... More

I spent 8 nights at this place recently. Calling it a resort is a bit of a stretch! Over the road from the beach and walking distance from anything and everything you need. I rented a scooter to get around the Island, which I recommend. Check was easy and the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. My room was fine.... More

Beautiful place cheaper than many other same level. Of course you can find infinity pool and beachfront (this place is not, you have to cross the street...meaning 20 mts) but you have to spend more. For the price we paid the green sourrunded bungalow, 4 mts far from the swimming pool, with a/c and wooden patio in front we have... More

My favourite little place in Koh Lanta. If you are looking for a romantic get away this place offers it. Each bungalow have great big comforatble beds, the bathroom is clean. This place offers everything you could ask for. The pool at the bottom of the garden is fab, the breakfast is lovely and the bar tender is always happy... More

I put off writing a review for this place because i wanted to be unbiased about it... I cant help it... I love Matt...nope, not in that way. I came here in August, still in the low or off peak season. I paid $20 or so sgd each night, Agoda promo, i think. I was the only guest in the... More

This is a Thailand bungalow as it should be, basic cheap and with very friendly staff. The swimming pool was inviting and warm. And the service in finding all our tours, restaurants and information was no trouble, even to the point of giving us discount vouchers and bargaining to get the best price. I loved that they always remembered my... More

Stayed here for 5 nights in a garden bungalow. Overall great place but some of facilities in need of attention. Super location and fair price. Location: on main road in centre of Klong Nin. Not on beach but set back from the road in a quiet green setting. Access to beach directly across the road. Beach is the best on... More

We booked a deluxe for 2 nights. Called the manager (oh how come I forgot your name) while arriving from Phi Phi and she herself picked us up from the pier. We had to wait for about an hour as the room wasn't yet ready. We were delighted to see our little cottage. Complete wooden interiors and absolutely clean. We... More

“Ko lanta is an island which is nascent and pristine...the infrastructure isn't in place yet...it's very inconvenient to travel to this island, change of two boats, shifting luggage was a pain, so take a longer trip here it's worth the pain. Another boat ride after Koh lanta is ko Lin that's even better.”

“We ended up not using the room, mostly because it was extremely far from everything (half an hour taxi ride to the nice beach further north). I can't remember the name of it, but it's the one close to Saladan (Klong Dao?) The bed was also extremely hard, and they could not offer a double bed. The beds can not be moved together because the posts extend too far, leaving a gap between the bed. If you are OK sleeping on separate beds, that should be no problem for you. The bathroom was a bit dodgy. If you are used to hostels and low budget traveling in Thailand, you should be fine with this. We usually stay at nicer places (though not really high end), and this was a bit dirtier and less comfy than what we are comfortable with.”
