A nice hotel just at the beach. We booked a deluxe room with sea view so because of it each time we want to get back to the room we had to climb up to a huge hill which was a torture and each time left us totally sweat. The view from the room was worth it though. The best...

We stayed here for 2 nights before the full moon party. We stayed in the most basic room and it was very large, had a good bathroom and had a lovely balcony seating area with a hammock overlooking the beach. The restaurant had a lovely chilled out vibe and served excellent food and great cocktails. We liked this place so...

Customer service was A*, the management are extremely helpful. Service with a smile. I got upgraded to a nicer room before i'd even arrived. The bed was very comfortable, and the linen was of a good quality. The food was very nice in the restaurant, although the breakfast didnt have a great selection. Nice view from the balcony of my...

I would leave Cookies a 2 star review, but because a few issues we had at the start were amended I feel I should leave 3 stars... We were travelling as quite a large group of friends, and the first problem we had was that we were all spread out in rooms at differing levels up the verrrrry steep hill....

The resort is nicely situated right by the Haad Salad beach. From the restaurant you have a nice overview of the bay. We had a bungalow right by the pool with sea view. The bungalow was very nice and spacious. We also had a little padio. The food in the restaurant is very good, they have a nice selection at...

We stayed at Cookies's for 3 nights. We had the poolside room (room1). Initially we had booked 2 wooden panorama rooms as we have 2 adults and 2 teenagers and didn't think we had the option of 1 room. When we arrived, the rooms we had booked looked great but they are at the top of the resort which meant...

Despite the fact that this establishment possesses an extraordinary view of a most beautiful small bay, I would advise against staying here. Management seem to be making almost every mistake possible in regard to the comfort of paying customers. What may have once been a nice backpackers' accommodation is now a mishmash of different rooms and bungalows priced from budget...

Really cute and chilled out hotel by the beach. Breakfast was great and had a lot of variation trough the week. The restaurant was nice, great view and it was perfect for late night hangouts too. Rooms were spacious and tidy, alltough had a bit of humidity. Pretty sure that there was mold, so if you are sensitive to that...

Pros: great view, reasonable transfer from the ferry. Cons: limited selection at breakfast, most of the staff spoke little or no English, our balcony was virtually useless because some sort of animal urinated on it every night and the staff did not understand what we were trying to tell them to clean it up.Better food and drinks farther down the...
