The hotel itself is OK. the pool area is nice and its in a good location but the hut we had to sleep in with a padlock as a lock was awful, felt unsafe, unclean & uncomfortable. Was due to stay for 4 nights...left after 2.

Stayed for one night the day before the full moon party. We entered our room to find a giant centipede and a huntsman spider in the room. Ino it's a tropical country and I get that there's gna be bugs, but while laying in the bed a cockroach fell on me! That's not on! Never slept a wink! Room was... More

I thought I'd add a picture of what was once of many things crawling around our room. The cockroaches weren't even the worst either. When I was laying in bed, I noticed blood marks and very tiny little bugs on the bed. I whipped off the duvet to find skin, blood and all sorts all over the sheet. My boyfriend... More

This place is AWFUL. Out of a huge vacation all over three countries this was a hotel that we dreaded going back to every night and were looking forward to checking out of since before going to bed the first night. After a LIVE COCKROACH fell out of THE FREAKING A/C in our first bungalow (which had horror movie flickering... More

Stayed here during the full moon - we were a bit worried that it wasn't going to be very social as they only do private rooms but it was the opposite. Pool and reception area was very social and we met lots of people. Great location and would recommend staying here!

We arrived there and automatically looked for alternate accommodation which we found but at a high cost due to full moon.. It is dirty smelly and very run down.. Normally I can cope with the odd bad accommodation but this was horrible. Our bungalow was infested with ants, and the beds were not nice at all. If you don't mind... More

I stayed in this place during the May full moon party and it was terrible. The room felt more like a holding cell. It had this smell kind of like a mangrove swamp. The bedsheets were stained and still had fluro paint from the last person to stay there. There was also no real blankets or anything to actually sleep... More

My friend and I booked this place for the full moon party and my friend paid. It was quite costly for her because of the FM party. Our room had good aircon, the wifi mainly worked fine, with the occasional slow period. The pool area was lovely. Our room was nice but the smell from the bathroom was off putting.... More
