Really enjoyed our stay here, close to some shops and had nice pools. The room was cleaned well and had complimentary water. Had a small balcony and well priced for what was given, Room was very spacious.

We were tossing up between the Palm Tree Resort and the Banyan Villa and ended up choosing the double pool access room at the Palm Tree Resort. I have read some negative reviews on here and was a tad worried about our stay but we were pleasantly surprised. A hotel staff member met us at the pier and helped us...

I was on crutches in a full leg cast in pain and was making my way to the pool and the staff rudely asked if i was staying here, i said no and they basically kicked me out. I asked them if there was a pool near by that i can use and they didn't help at all was just...

Electricity problems! Lights turn on/off every day of our stay (3 nights). Breakfast was poor, Seriously go eat outside, don't add it to your reservation. Pool is nice. Staff is OK. Room was clean. Location is great. Pretty average if you ask me, but ok

I chose to stay here after reading reviews on most of the hotels on Phi Phi. I'm glad I did. We were met on the pier after getting off the ferry by a worker holding a Palm tree sign...we didn't even ask them to do that! He took our luggage and showed us the way. We were able to immediately...

I really hate it when people compare this resort to all other resorts they've been elsewhere, or complaining about the staffs' English. THIS IS AN ISOLATED ISLAND OF COURSE EVERYTHING'S NOT GONNA LIVE UP TO YOUR NORMAL STANDARD. AND THESE STAFFS DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH WELL CAUSE ITS NOT THEIR MOTHER TONGUE ALRIGHT. Not everyone gets the opportunity for good education,...

Nice and pleasant, clean & quiet considering location. Only grumble is non English speaking staff so when your electrics trip all through the night and the lights coming on give you no sleep at all there's no one that understands you when you explain apart from that was nice hotel.

We loved this place. Being centrally located in Phi Phi meant we were never far from anything. The rooms were nice and clean. We were bummed that they didn't have the room we requested ready for us, so we accepted a room that didn't have direct access from the balcony to the pool. Otherwise, all good.

We stayed here in September, the hotel is in a fantastic location right in the middle of everything, nightlife, bars, restaurants, beaches etc. Despite it being right in the middle of everything it still is very nice and quiet and gives you a feeling of being incapsulated in a relaxing and tranquil area. We stayed in a pool access room,...

We chose this place after a recommendation from a friend. The location is great, easy walking distance to both beaches, and plenty of restaurants bars nearby. The resort itself is very quaint, the rooms are quite nice, tho we found the mattress super hard. The staff are very friendly and helpful, tho we had a couple of language barrier issues...
