Lovely little cabins up Koh Phi Phi viewpoint. Regularly cleaned, safe and spacious. Well worth a trip! Staff greet you to take your cases when you get arrive at the harbour. Small walk up a hill to get to the accommodation, nothing much at all. Clue is in the name 'viewpoint'. Best part of Thailand!

Visited here in mid December and I was really impressed. The rooms were very authentic huts, granted the walk to the rooms was up some steep stairs, but if have that expectation, you can hardly complain about it. I thought the staff were really friendly and accommodation. Rooms were immaculate and well dressed daily. Nice clean pool and quite resort....

My partner and I booked this last minute as we headed over to Phi Phi. We were so happy to be slightly out of the town as we couldn't have imagined staying in and amongst it. It is the perfect location for being just out of town, near the viewpoint and a short walk to the beach and nightlife. They...

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. Yes it is not in the centre of town but unless you're planning on staying out every night this is not a problem, it's a ten minute walk into town. Yes the stairs are steep but the bungalows are set into a mountain, this is to be expected! We stayed...

The rooms and facilities here are very typical for Phi Phi places in this price range. There is no good reason to complain that the facilities do not meet a certain standard etc when paying this price on this island. The difference with this place comes down to two things. First, the people are rude---the reception lady especially. When we...

It took a bit of time to get there through the narrow "streets". The location is quiet, away from all the noise, but when you come or go on foot at night, it's quite dark in some places. The rooms were strangely decorated, very basic. The breakfast was very poor and you could only order 1 drink or dish for...

This hotel is quite far from the port and long walk and steep too. We stayed here for one night. And unluckily we got room 25 which was way on top and the climb was a climb to Mt.Everest!! The rooms are all wooden cottages, clean and good. The morning we were woken up by loud sounds on the roof...

I ended up booking 4 nights at the PP Ingphu viewport hotel in koh phi phi. I am appalled by the service and condition of this hotel. I opted for a fan room initially, the fan was ancient and the same speed as a tortoise. I spoke to staff about changing rooms (didn't mind paying extra), but the staff at...

Tho the room was good, view was good, it was a quiet place but the way Staff behaved was pathetic. Not given a single bottle of water, was rudely asked to wait till the staff checks the room if we had or not stolen anything. Screwed our mood completely. Good part was that it was far from the Beaches, so...

We had emailed to arrange a pick up at the pier. A guy told us to stand aside as we got off the ferry for twenty minutes and then told us no one was picking us up, he didn't even bother to give us directions, just walked away. The climb wasn't bad even with our packs but Ingphu isn't signposted...
