Horrible service, we stayed in the premium suites, upon inspection was not too bad but all went down hill from there. For starters there was urine over the toilet seat of our "fresh" room, tv kept going in and out when we were watching. The pool had rocks all through it and rubbish all around the outside. The supposedly "hot"...

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was not the cheapest place and is defiantly over priced. The room was dirty and full of cockroaches, even after they had just finished cleaning it. The bathroom was awful. Really did not like using it. I had cockroaches running up my arm and over my face in the night. So we resorted...

We booked this hotel as an alternative to the disgusting bamboo mountain resort. We found andaman to be clean with a lovely swimming pool. Breakfast was good. The beach was very close and the main resort area just a 5-10 minute walk. Would definitely stay there again. We paid 1700 baht for a bungalow with A/C.

I spent a few nights here. It's not badly priced and the location is ok but I was very disappointed by the service - especially the cleaning. The cleaners left my door open after cleaning my room and I found it open a few hours later. When I told the manager he was not apologetic and in fact told me...

Stayed here last Christmas and will not come again. They didn't provide hair dryer, tea/coffee, and the Wi-Fi only can be used when u walked at the hallway. As I assumed the hotel still new, the mattress in our room was really bad, felt like sleeping on a piece of wood. The TV only has one English Channel which is...

We stayed in this hotel for one night (bungalow, room B17). The bathroom was very very dirty. The shower doesn't have special curtain or something like this so when you turn it on all bathroom becomes wet. The whole room looks very tired. Air-condition worked well but the cooled air from it goes straight to the bed we you sleep.

2500 Baht for one night = $84 US. We were involuntarily relocated to the Andaman after the Bayview Resort gave our room away (due to our late arrival time). The room was located next to a tarped garbage dump area (see photo). The bathroom was beyond description and with only very cold water (see photo). The bed was two twin...
