I feel obligated to write so no other person or family go through a terrible experience like we did on such a beautiful island as Phi Phi. This place should be shut down!!! We left with bad skin, cough, runny eyes and generally felt unwell. I didn't really pick up on the air con or bathroom fan until the night...

We stayed here because of some friend recommendations but I would not stay here again. We stayed in the family room, the bungalows may be different. PROS: close to ferry, you can easily walk here, does have a partial sea view, A/C CONS: we heard this was away from the partying so it was quiet...it was quieter but I still...

I have stayed here a few times, you want one of the bungalows if you stay here not the standard rooms, they are at the back and don't look very appealing. Pros, Great location, on the beach, friendly staff, air con bungalows are well maintained, 10 minute walk into town. Cons, its getting over priced, the first time I stayed...

We stayed in one of the bungalows beach front for a couple of nights. Koko was an amazing host and put a BBQ together for guests of fish, soup, prawns and chicken. It was delicious. There is a great massage hut just outside the bungalows where you can also get ice cold beer and wine. We had a blast and...

We stayed 5 nights, no sheet changed, no towel changed, no cleaning at all - our waste bin was full but they even did not take it. We asked for the blanket change, cause ours was smelly ,they said they have no extra. But the owner was waking us by knocking the door in the early morning for payment!!! For...

Spent two nights at the PP Sand View Resort. The staff are super friendly! We had a great time hanging out with KoKo and GoGo and shared some fresh mangoes. The resort is right in front of the beach with a beautiful cliff view. Wanna know the best thing? U can also get massage right in front of of the...

I am also confused as to the negative reviews on this resort. Did not have any issues with bugs in our two nights, and all amenities worked as well as can be expected on an island. Sand Sea is in a great location for access to the city center/nightlife (10-15 min walk), but also perfectly located in a quiet area...

We stayed in Phi Phi for just 2 nights, the first night we stayed on the party beach, so for our second evening we wanted something a little more relaxing. Nice beach, where SandSeaView is located, is in the quiet end of town. Around 15min walk into the centre. Our room was a bungalow on the beach, the guys who...
