🙂 Your experience starts off great as staff meet you off the pier and you walk with you to hotel so you know where it is. Staff always friendly, always happy to help. We stayed in a bungalow which was very cosy and great value for money. Air con in room is great. Pool is easily accessible and always spotless. 2 min walk to a beach (that’s almost private since only two hotels in walking distance to it). 5 min walk to town centre for shops and restaurants. Reception give you towels on request for the beach/pool and can use the pool after checkout until you leave.
🙁 can hear a lot of outside noise from the room particularly at night when people coming back to hotel can hear every conversation. Only a few sun loungers in the shade just to bear in mind in the heat. Room could do with a little updating but overall is very cosy

Room Tip: Wouldn’t recommend choosing a room on ground floor as would be very noisy. Definitely make use of...

The hotel staff are polite and friendly, and welcoming, we had a pool side room, rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom was only OK, the sink area very small, and the shower was terrible. The aircon was very bad. We paid a little extra for the pool side room but I wouldn't really recommend it as you don't have any privacy and everybody sits on your outside seats. The location was good for us, we've been to phi phi a couple of times and didn't want to stay in the middle of the party area, so this was perfect, only a 7/8min walk from everything but don't hear the noise. Overall the hotel was fine.

We are staying at this hotel as 2 couples travelling around parts of Thailand and thankfully we only had to stop here 2 nights.
We had booked 2 deluxe rooms with a seaview, which you could just see the sea if you stood on a chair, and the deluxe rooms turned out to be economy rooms when you look on the website.
Also on the website it says two pools, this is a lie as there is only one and when we questioned the reception they said it only says one on the website, probably I can't read!!!.
The room is basic and the bathroom is disgusting with mould and rust everywhere, an electric shower hanging off the wall and in the room there is hardly any power points for chargers unless you unplug the TV and fridge.
It is close to the beach but if you arrive at the wrong time you have to walk about 300 metres to the get to the water when the tide is out.
We had a boat trip out which was on a long-tail boat which we'd recommend and when we got back we thought we'd try the pool, after about 20 minutes a group of moneys came down and started raiding the bin and pinching possessions of guests, when they tried getting them back they started growling at them and showing there teeth.
If you have children I would be mindful of this and stay away.
We didn't eat here apart from the breakfast which was OK so can't comment on the main meals.
If you like a bit of luxury don't come here and double check the details as the website is incorrect.
Phi phi is nice and the sea amazing but this hotel isn't.

This hotel has a plenty of different rooms. I stayed at 3rd floor with sea view and balcony. Room was big, clean and service amazing. Friendly personal made my stay enjoyable. Swimmingpool was filled with cold water what refreshed me during super hot days. Also restaurant offer tasty Thai food. 5 minut walk from Ton sai beach and 10min from centrum.

I did not expect much since hotels in Phi Phi have terrible reviews. When I explored Phi Phi I thanked myself for choosing this hotel because the location was excellent. Its is just 7 minutes from the pier, theres is beach on both sides-1 minute to Loh Dalum and 5 to Tonsai. It is quiet. I actually started thinking that all the people who talked about Phi Phi as a overly crowded party island were mistaken because I didn’t hear anything and it wasn’t crowded. But after a little walk on the beach you can reach the main party area if you wish. Hotel itself was adequate. Our room was spacious and comfortable but ugly. But I could see that all the other rooms on that floor were getting a refurb so this one will be done too and then there is nothing I wouldn’t like about this room. Pool was big and warm. Beach towels were available. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. What I didn’t like-termites on first night and weird smell in the corridor and just one handtowel per room. Overall experience was good. Nothing fancy but nothing to complain about!

Friendly staff. Had poolside room. Nice big room with tea coffee , safe, good bed with clean linen. No pool towels. Nice big pool. No problem with noise from other guests as I’ve read in other reviews. There are pool lounges outside the poolside rooms and 2 chairs and a drying rack that is for the room guests. I didn’t find a problem with people outside room sunning themselves on lounges like I also read in some reviews. The biggest issue is the disgusting monkeys. Guests leave food scraps, the monkeys come down in packs. I was sitting in a longer beside pool when one jumped beside me with fruit in his hand and when I went to shooo it away he attacked me and also 2 others. He snarled and growled and jumped on me. Another on my back. It was terrifying. I screamed a lot and staff came out to throw stones at them. No one followed up to see how I was. They are everywhere so be careful they are vicious animals not friendly and cute.
The resort is a 2 min walk to a beach nice on high tide only.

The hotel was serviceable , clean , Basic , a bit away from main area , Staff were welcoming etc BUt , monkeys have taken over the place and are willing to bite , my wife was attacked as she sat beside the pool , staff try to scare them but they come strait back , dangerous , they have signs in the room , say don’t feed them but nothing prepared us . My wife was just sitting in a pool chair no food etc , one monkey saw some fruit that had been dropped 2 chairs up and dropped off the roof , then all of a sudden 3 more dropped down behind my wife and as she started to move they attacked her she threw her iPhone at them , I threw a drink can and they retreated , she screamed and ran off , staff came out with rocks and sling shot. But it does not deter them for long. We never went back to pool area , my wife was terrified and nobody from the hotel management , approached us , very disappointed, we noted that maintenance staff we more visible on monkey patrol the rest of day

This is an average hotel. While the rooms are big, they are out-dated and in need of a refurbishment.
We had an issue with our room when the aircon wouldn’t work properly and the shower was cold. We went down to reception to ask to change the room, and they did so after the technician could not find the issue.
Breakfast was ok. They was not much selection, but they did have some hot and cold breakfast foods. This includes scrambled eggs, fried eggs, fried rice, toast, fruit, croissants. I also tried the sausages and ham but they were flavourless.
The location is also decent, but not great. Its about a 10 minute walk from the pier and its a little out of the centre, but again, only a short walk. There are two beaches either side of the hotel. One is much quieter than the other.
I wouldn’t return again, but it did the job!

We had the family room which comes with 2 queen beds and which are very comfortable to sleep. We just booked 1 night and ended up staying 3 nights and 4 days here. An outdoor swimming pool is also good for jumping in anytime we come back from outside. A 15-20 mins walk away from the pier and market which is the center of the island. It is a quiet place and close to the other side of the beach to enjoy kayaking.Yet there are a few things to improve in the room we stayed in but it doesn't bother us a lot while we are staying here. Recommended for people who are looking for a quiet place and spend quality time at Phi Phi Island. 👍
