A most disappointing stay. Arriving on Phi Phi island we expected a lovely hotel given the beautiful beach. The welcome is lovely however the rooms and facilities are absolutely disappointing. We has a standard room, on the furthermost end of the hotel The rooms smell of mould, beds are rock hard, showers large but the rest of the bathroom is...

This hotel is not bad for the amount you pay. Relaxing private beach, friendly staff, great thai massage. Went out for snorkeling and was the best exprience. If you want 5 star rooms and experience rather book an expensive hotel on the main island.

I have read a few negative reviews about this hotel, but as with the whole of Phi Phi you need to have an open mind. Yes, there is only WIFI in the reception area, and yes, you do need a boat to go anywhere, and yes most of the staff don't speak very good English, but I think that a...

We really did have high expectations for this hotel , but it turned out to be our worst nightmare . Starting with the Wifi , no internet access from the rooms only in the lobby. We asked to move to a room closer to the lobby and we had to pay extra for the upgrade. Also the smell coming out...

Wifi in the lobby only, so you have to get out from your room to call family or use internet. Discusting smell comming out from the toilet. They do not speak english at all. Would not go there again. No excursions from the hotel as there is nothing to do apart from staying near the pool. And also there is...

The air conditioner would not work. We told reception, however they didn't send someone to fix it. One of the staff members told us we could walk to Slinky beach bar, we walked roughly 2km to find that rocks prohibited further walk. We went back to reception to tell them this and another staff member told us that we can...

Great secluded couples spot, total paradise. Restaurant at Erawan is great and there are loads of restaurants along the beach to try all with different views. The sea is a little shallow along the beach in the areas you're allowed to swim in and there are lots of boats- if you're keen on snorkeling rather take a day trip to...

We had a good stay at this hotel, the room was cleaned to a good standard daily although there was a lingering strange smell in the bathroom. Breakfast was OK and the staff helpful. Overall perfect for a relaxed few days on the quiet side of Phi Phi

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. My idea of a quite and peaceful destination is obviously different to theirs. When you arrive, all you can see are hundreds of long-tail boats anchored up on the beach. The water is very murky and this is probably because there are so many boats in the water. There was also a lot...
