We had booked in this hotel for three nights through Expedia. We ended up leaving the same morning when we saw the filth of the bedding. As a common practice we always checks the linens when we get into a hotel as we have had some bad surprises in Asia. As we check the sheets with the staff present in...

I write this as we take a long tail boat away from this hotel on check out day. These reviews are important. Not just to complain but to allow others know the great things also. They help fellow travels be aware and give them a heads up. With that being said you'll see in the photos of this resort that...

Came here to eat after being encouraged by the waiters off the beach Picked our dishes and wow what can I say? Chose prawn cocktail for starter.. Prawns were like mush, hadn't been properly de veined or cleansed. Put me off totally Very kindly got me a new one but same problem again and I didn't want it. About four...

Location is amazing - Paradise at your fingertips! Hotel needs major tidy-up and visit from cleanliness cops! Food is extremely poor quality - particularly breakfast! Bathrooms are filthy plus we moved twice due to blockages, mosquitos and reptiles coming in rooms due to large gaps around Windows. Swimming pool appeared clean but surrounding area not so! It overlooks the sea...

This hotel is quite good and in a beautiful quiet location away from the tourist scene in tonsai. This hotel is only accessible by a 30 minute long tail boat trip, which costs 1200 baht for a private boat. There are public boats however they only run at 7am, 1pm and 3.30pm (200 baht), any other time you need to...

Great resort, friendly staff and great food in the multiple Restaurants available. The four of us unfortunately only stayed one night as we wanted to see more of Thailand on our two week holiday, however i will be back to this resort for more nights. Very remote and the beach and water is beautiful and the views something to behold.

We were so happy with our choice to stay at PP Erawan. We booked a suite close to the pool and it was WELL worth it. I would highly recommend staying at one of these instead of staying at some of the pricier hotels to the left or right. I cannot comment on the rooms farther back as we only...

I stayed at PP Erawan Resort for 4 days and 3 nights. It is located at kind of a remote location on Phi Phi Island. Travel By remote, I mean, you need to arrive there by taking 2 legs of ferry. The first from Klong Jirad Pier, Krabi to Tonsai, Kon Phi Phi Don, the centre of island. Then, you...

What a wonderful place! My word - the staff are so friendly and the rooms are beautiful!! Located on the beach with the most glorious ocean view ever!!! Breakfast is great with a variety to choose from! Great restaurants nearby and lots of longtail boats to take you to Tonsai Bay - should you need one, just ask for Kob...

We stayed here for 2 nights and made it our base for island tours. We booked 3 rooms and were close to each other. We booked our trip on booking.com and selected the Superior rooms,, thinking they were one of the better ones. After getting there we found they had beautiful suites closer to the beach. It was still great...
