After a day trip to the Phi Phi Islands on our list trip to Thailand, we decided that we had to go back and stay there. You just can’t see enough on a day trip. We also decided that if we were going to have a look around, we didn’t want to stay in a resort type hotel away from...

We stayed here in July (low-season) for 2 nights in 5 rooms (group of 9 people). The hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel, rooms are really dirty, really old and worn out decor, air-con didn't blow cold air, sheets were stained with blood, the bathroom is disgusting, shower doors were completely broken and weren't fixed the day after we...

Terrible service! We were a group of 15 people . And they succeed to refuse to each request of ours ! No extra key to the room. And they are not responding to emails . but worse of all the careless attitude ! They didn't even make an effort to show a slight interest in our request ... Complains to...

The Phi Phi Cabanas Hotel gets the job done, but without any luxury or pretense. Really just a place to stay, it has a great swimming pool which makes up for some other shortcomings such as old decor, broken bathroom fittings and a general air of needing some work done. Most annoying is the night scene that has exploded on...

Booked in for 5 nights in June, ended up staying 9. Our room at the Cabana had amazing views of the bay, the pool is huge and there are plenty of sun beds. Its far enough away from the Party end of the beach for the music not to be too much a problem for sleep at night, would hate...

I should start off by saying that I don't think there are any nice hotels in/near Phi Phi village. This is supposed to be the best. If that is truly the case, then I'd be frightened to see the rest. My biggest problem with this hotel is that they charge ridiculous prices for what they provide. These rooms should not...

Well lets see what went wrong here. First our room isn't ready so we have to wait 2 hours. It appears that they had a broken pipe in the bathroom. We finally get the room and the bath is dripping in water from the ceiling. They really didn't get it fixed. The management gives us a new room. The location...

I stayed in the Cabana for one night, as the hotel is prohibitively expensive from Thai hotel standards. You can just walk over to the hotel from Ton Sai pier, and the markets as well as the night clubs are close by. Despite that, the property is peaceful enough if you choose to relax in the premises. The view from...

When we 1st saw the hotel we thought it was gorgeous, we walked a fair way to get to our room and it stunk like mothballs. The location was amazing, with a great view of snoring rock from the pool. It was extremely hard to get a pool chair as people would come out very early and take them and...

We stayed mid June for 4 nights. It was the most expensive hotel we stayed in and we enjoyed our stay there. The rooms are a bit tired and need refurbing but they're very clean and the maids spray the rooms when they leave so we never had any Mosquitos over night. The pool is fantastic and has an amazing...
