We stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights at the end of our journey in Thailand. After the first night we had some problems with the safe so we moved to another room facing Tonsai beach. The first room was average but the second one (no.1430) had carpet, the view was great and it was quiet at night....

I stayed here in Febuary for my birthday for 3 nights and had an amazing stay. The pool is amazing and has the most beautiful view that you cannot appreciate until you see it. The rooms are nice and clean. We had a few issues with bugs but nothing that we wouldn't expect considering we were in Thailand. I'd definitely...

My wife and I stayed here for four nights a part of our honeymoon to Thailand. First impressions when docking at the jetty were that the Hotel looked okay. The entrance was nice but once you peel a layer or two back things go down hill. Compared to other hotels / resorts we stayed at the service was okay to...

My wife and I arrived on the early ferry and didn't immediately see the hotel representative on the pier with the other porters. We did spot him walking towards the boats probably dropping something off and he said he would be right back which he was. When we got to the lobby, our room wasn't ready. We waited in the...

After reading some bad reviews we started to wonder why we were recommended to stay here by friends. Gladly we were pleasantly surprised to find a fabulously decorated room overlooking the beach and gardens, which were impeccably maintained. The swimming pool is so large that even on an extremely busy day one seemed to have loads of space and the layout...

We arrived from Tonsai Pier and were pleasantly surprised by how close it was to the Hotel. There were hotel employees waiting for us as we arrived to help us with our bags ( make sure you phone ahead to confirm your booking and ensure someone will help you with your luggage) Check in was a little slow as lots...

This place was so discusting, after paying 300 per room per night we were taken to one to find a loudly roof, dirty sheets, a dingy bathroom I refused to use and a stench in the room. After contemplating for 5 minutes our next move I already felt sick from the air conditioner and mould combination. Left and went to...

So my partner and I had read the reviews and were not looking forward to the stay here and I can say the bad reviews are pretty spot on. Fair enough it is an island and you shouldn't expect to stay in a 5 star hotel that is perfect, but to an extent you would still like to feel comfortable in...

It was our first trip to Phi Phi and after a lot of research we selected this hotel as the place to stay. It was one of the better decisions. The hotel is beautiful, good service, neat and clean. Swimming pool was amazing. Breakfast is delicious. We stayed there from 2nd to 5th January 2012, The service quality was fabulous....

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in on our trip and was the worst. The room was not very nice, bathroom was dirty, floors were not cleaned and worst of all we had to stay up until 3am until the noise from the bars stopped! Not exactly relaxing and tranquil even though the hotel was at the opposite...
