Before our arrival, we saw some negativ reviews here, so we didn't expect much from this hotel. We are from Europe so we had some high expectations for this price and the 3 stars. We're from Hungary, young couple, 4 nights in Phi Phi Natural Resort. 1. We arrived from Tonsai pier by ferry for 200 THB (5 EUR), and...

So, it's not a bad review but, you need to know what to expect. We are from the US and from Las Vegas. It is very nice. Cons The wifi is completely unusable. The public bathrooms were pretty bad. It's located on the far end of the island and you have to do an extra stop and extra boat on...

The first impression is beautiful. However a second look shows the resort seriously needs maintenance and care. Standard room has no charm at all. Plastic feel all around. Bathroom was renovated but in the wrong way. Broken tiles. Dirty places. Door not working. Room is located on a hill, but no view Bed blocks the door to the balcony. You...

A have mixed feelings about this resort. It is located on a more quiet part of Phi Phi. It looks great, with a private beach, pools, restaurants. They have lot of different accommodations to choose form (of course the more 'luxery' comes with a price). The price is steep. Especially for the more private bungalows and for tours. We choose...

The resort is located in the calmer part of phi phi island ( lamtong ) . The rooms are very nice and the resort is maintained well ! all the rest is super pricey compering to the restaurants on lamtong beach ( 5 min walking ) and much more expensive comparing to tonsai area ( we found the other restaurants...

Me and my boyfriend stayed her whilst travelling around Thailand over Christmas, it's a beautiful little resort, with a gorgeous beach and great staff. The perfect place for honey mooners, not 20 year old travellers. It's very secluded and there is nothing else there except a couple more resorts and a few restaurants further down the beach. The hotel restaurant...

This Resort it's not worth the money, the rooms are clean, but it is build very poorly, you could hear in your room jumping kids from the other side the hotel, the manager it's absolutely unsympathetic, when you're passing by him, he avoids the eye contact, probably afraid that you'll complain or so, the food in the hotel restaurant it's very...

The major problem with this hotel is the management. The hotel appears to be run by a Italian named Vincenzo - and he's a thoroughly unpleasant person to deal with. Most guests come to a hotel like this to relax though having someone like Vincenzo as the manager means that you have to be on guard for lying and cheating....

This should not be called a resort. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a cold drink and a sit down with the manager. I was impressed at first but realized he was meeting with guests to "sell" the property. Once we saw our room, we asked for an upgrade. We also asked him what our room would cost. He told...

Staff was not the usual polite and happy Thai people that we know from Thailand. The restaurant for dinner was a huge disappointment and the service extremely poor. We experienced that we ordered a dinner where my partner received his food. And only when he had eaten his dinner, my plate arrived. We refused and sent my meal back. All...
