Excellent location, good views, and friendly staff. Small pool, and some selfish customers try reserving the four loungers all day by throwing their towel on them, but only showing up a few hours a day to use them. The hotel staff should come along and remove the "reserve towels" periodically if no one is actually using the loungers. Booked through... More

We picked this hotel solely on its location to the ferry terminal, we only had one night, so we need to hit the ground running after arriving from Koh Lanta. We found the hotel no problem 2 minutes from ferry, checked in smoothly and the hotel porters helped us with luggage to room on third floor, there was no lift... More

My sister and I went on travelling trip in Thailand and decided when we arrived in Phi Phi to spend a bit more money on somewhere to stay. It was well worth it at Phi Phi Hotel. The hotel is immaculately clean and our room which was a cabin room (the last one left) suited us well. It was very... More

Booked this hotel via agoda (a warning about that site is the hidden charge they throw on at the end, beware!) and paid about £55 per night for a twin room. The room itself was nice - overlooking the sea/pier (I'd recommend paying a bit extra as the view was actually lovely). The location is AMAZING. Right by the pier... More

Phi Phi cost us almost £50 per night which is expensive for Thai standards, but pretty average for that kind of accommodation on Phi Phi. Although the hotel is not on the beach, you can see it from Ton Sai Bay when the ferry drops you off. If you take two right turns out of the hotel, you are on... More

Like many we stayed here to settle in on island as first night in guesthouse with no window was a shock so welcome retreat. But there the positive ends except for access to canyon tree gym for a price. The pool is welcome but so small. 4 loungers and a couple of chairs. Too many people want to use it.... More

This hotel is very popular. It's location is excellent, I repeat excellent. Connected to the main street, but far enough away from any noise. Swimming pool and clean environment. Breakfast in AM, porters, AC, not so good tv. The only drawback to me experience was that this place fills up quick. When we arrived on the island we were forced... More

We stayed in a downstairs room for several nights. The hotel is right by the pier, in the middle of all the action, but the room was very quiet and we slept soundly. The breakfasts are excellent.

We just stayed here for one night but saw enough to be thoroughly impressed. The place is nice, i especially liked the breakfast spread which was excellent despite being complimentary. This is the perfect place in Phi Phi to start your day trips. The tour desk will conveniently book all your trips at convenient rates. We booked a snorkelling tour... More
