This place is nice but needs a little upkeep. We were first given room 105 and stayed in the for 1 night.... The bathroom was too small and in terrible shape. The next morning they upgraded us for free to room 427... Much better!!!! Much nicer bathroom and bigger room. I would stay again. Don't leave your stuff on your...

This was a very beautiful location with a very nice beach, clear blue water, and a nice view. The rooms are located up on hills but they will drive you up to your bungalow so that's not a problem, and they will pick you up if you can't walk down. Great views from the room, which is clean and has...

The hotel is located on long beach, which is far less crowded and more beautiful than Tonsai bay. The service quality is the same as you would find in others PP`s hotels, nothing special. The food is ok, but overpriced. You will need to take a 100 bath taxiboat ride if you want to Tonsai Bay, and I think it...

Great place for long beach where you can swim with sharks!!! I didn't love the walk up the steep hill to and from the villa, breakfast was not anything special. The villa was outdated with the most uncomfortable bed. Also could hear a couple in the next one argue right next door. We stayed here for one evening and had...

The hotel is located at the end of long beach. You can either walk (30+minutes) or take a taxi boat to the town. The bungalows are great and have all what you need for your holidays. It is a very big hotel so don´t expect personalized service. Employees are helpful upon any requests. The restaurant in the hotel is not...

We've just spent 4 days of our honeymoon at the Phi Phi The Beach Resort. Once we checked in they were very nice to us and gave us a very nice new room closer to the beach (there are rooms there that are totally out of walking distance and they provide cars with crazy drivers). The room was nice and...

Okay the hotel wasn't perfect and is definitely over priced for what you get. We paid for the most expensive room and the view alone was worth it. It doesn't have the facilities of a 4 star resort but the rooms are clean and big and the views are breathtaking. There are a few improvements that the hotel could make,...

Did not want to leave! I ou had 3 nights but could have done 2 weeks! Fantastic location, away from the madness. Beautiful beach, day trips available from the beach to the surrounding islands including Maya Bay. Extremely helpful staff. Pick up from ferry on private longtail boat, provided with parasol while waiting on the pier for other residents. Golf...

My girlfriend & I stayed at The Beach Club Resort on the 17th/18th November 2014. On the first night we each ordered the "Fresh Fish" from the hotel restaurant which is pitched to all the guests from the outset. Both of us ordered a whole snapper, which was recommended by the waiter. Later that night we were both violently sick...

Stayed in this hotel with my husband mid November for 5 nights. The hotel beach was good with a nice view but the room we had was quite basic. The bathroom was very small but the bedroom quite big. Towels were changed every day but they always had stains on them. Breakfast was nothing special. Very tiny pool, used in...
