The rooms were nice enough, very simple but comfortable. The location is very near the port and the beach that isn't really accessible, but the main beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away. The pool closes super early which is annoying. We wanted to extend our trip one night and they made us check out and check back in...

We booked a "Superior room",I don't know what they understand about "superior",because our room is very old with old furnitures and very normal.I'll say normal room and not for "Resort "how they say. I don't recommend

There are two types of rooms here - the hotel/resort or the lodge. We stayed at the hotel, which looks like they are recently built. Check in was easy, but they can definitely use some air conditioning in the lobby. The rooms were modern and upscale with very comfortable beds. Good interior designing. Views from our room were odd, mostly...

There is a lot of difference between the lodge and hotel & resort, we stayed in the later in a superior garden view room and it was literally brand new, huge room and very modern - very impressive, not only in terms of Phi Phi accommodation but Thaliand as a whole. Lovely and quiet at night also, because of it...

We had a Garden View room on the ground floor. The room was beautifully fitted out and decorated. The front of the room is floor to ceiling dark tinted glass which gives good privacy during the day. If not private enough for you there are privacy curtains as well as amazing full blockout curtains. We couldn't tell when it was...

There are two different types of accommodation within this property! Firstly there is the LODGE which is pictured here (green buildings). There is then a new building which has gone up behind which is the HOTEL AND RESORT, although they are on the same property they are completely different. Most reviews here are for the lodge not the hotel. The...

First off the resort is only a 5 minute walk from the pier. It was easy to find and around everything you could want. We were welcomed by a very friendly staff that offered us a welcome drink and a place to put our bags before we could get our room. We explored the beach which is literally a few...

Lousy hotel. Reception totally scattered, staff not attentive, rooms all filled with sewage, water is lacking and they all give satisfaction. When hot water does not work. Breakfast horrible, very simple if with virtually nothing to eat. The place has a very strong smell of sewage. Pool towels all torn, bath towels do not wipe, hotel soap lousy too. Or...

Really nice hotel, right on the beachfront, 5 minute walk from the ferry pier but close and/or far away enough to involve yourself in all the Ko Phi Phi nightlife or not be able to hear any of the late night goings on. The hotel has a pool to relax by if you ever get fed up of the nearby...

The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the pier. A very clean hotel and a pleasant atmosphere. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was big and clean for the island standards. The staff was very helpful. Only two knocks on the place were the breakfast was not up to standard for a 4 star hotel, but the...
