Rim Pai was definitely a treat. My boyfriend had been sick a few days before, and I fell off a motorbike (classic) so we decided to treat ourselves to a 3 night stay at Rim Pai, as we would be staying in the room more than usual. First off, the staff here was amazing. So helpful, very friendly and spoke...

Great I all meanings... Ambience, crew, design, matrasses, shower, pool... Very high quality. And the manager couple are real gentlemen/women! Breakfast is average... On the river with some wooden houses

My husband and I have been to Pai a number of times but this was our first stay at Rim Pai Cottage. We really liked how the resort is right at the end of walking street but also is very peaceful and quiet. I was surprised with all the noise going on that I was able to sleep easily. The...

After staying out of town a km or so and putting up with the commute, and seeing all the hippy-dippy guesthouses around town we fell head over heals in love with this location of about 20 little cottages overlooking the river. Don't get us wrong we're an old hippy couple in our sixties and spent a week at a beautiful...

After traveling for almost a month in Thailand we arrived in Pai, ready for some relaxation and a chance to explore this beautiful little town. Our first two nights in Pai we stayed at a great little guest house, right on the walking street. The spot was nice but at night it felt like we were INSIDE a nightclub. After...

Location: Right on one end of the main Pai walking street. The cottages are on the bank of the Pai river so guests can be right by the river, and hear the water from the cottages. Although it's on the main street, it's a very secluded property; I barely saw any other guests during my stay there. Breakfast was included...

I have very mixed feelings. This place could have been a real gem, but has too many problems. Located on the river bank and in a nice peaceful garden, the Rim has it all, if not for the owner Eddie. We had a cottage on the river bank with lovely balcony. The first night was a bad expierience. Cracking floor...

This place is gorgeous. Right on the main market street in Pai, but just a few steps into the property and it is pin quiet and beautiful. Infinity pool and rooms right on the river. Immaculate grounds.

Spent 3 nights with husband and two kids in a family room. Pros: - Situated close to the walking street and lovely cafes and restaurant, but still quiet - Lovely, lush garden with a view of the river - Comfy beds Cons: - Extremely low water pressure and very low shower heads. I'm only 1,72 m but had problems getting...

I wish I could give 6-stars. This place is beautiful and worth the extra few baht. After taking the 3 hour roller coaster bus journey from Chiang Mai to Pai (which isn't nearly as bad as people make out) we arrived in beautiful Pai to a fantastic night market full of happy locals, enthusiastic tourists and experienced backpackers. Despite the...
