The owner of the hotel is the nicest man you will ever meet. He couldnt do more for us while we stayed there. You are given a map when you arrive and he explained the area to us and where to go. Gave us free bikes to get to the centre of town as it is too far to walk...

First of all I would like to say the staff couldn't be any nice and they offered all their help all the time, however there is a few issues with the resort. First the resort is quite a bit out of the way, and at night the lane down to the resort is absolutely pitch black meaning you have to...

Very peaceful resort. Away from sukkathai but very close to monuments. Friendly welcome when we arrived. Rooms basic but clean & comfortable and shower good which is most important. Breakfast is included but a little limited, maybe some more choices would help but for the price all very good.

The best way to discover Sukhothai is to be near the historical park. Here, on the riverside, close to the rice fields, it's very peaceful and quiet and just five minutes to go with your bicycle. Eak & Kook are very friendly and nice with their guests so you feel like home. Don't hesitate to ask them anything about Thai...

We stayed at Baan Rim Klong Resort in early November 2014, during the Loy Krathong Festival. The owner family, Chet and Kosol (mom and dad), Kik and Kook (daughters) and Eak (Kook’s husband) could not have been sweeter or more hospitable. Eak drove us into Old Sukhothai and 3 occasions, Chet, Kosol and Kik drove us to new Sukhothai and...

We stayed in this hotel only one night, but the time has been enough to appreciate it. We arrived (by a hired van, we were seven people), after a long journey from Chiang Mai, in the hottest hours of the day, and the staff has generously worked to facilitate our stay. Not only they have introduced us soon in our...

A great choice for our 2days stay in Sukhothai. Baan Rim Klong is about 10 minutes (by bike which you can rent cheap) from the center of old town. Some of the monuments are even closer. The small bungalows were clean and functional. The staff was sweet and helpfull and a little shy. Food is not superb there but ok....

Baan Rim Klong Resort is located next to the Sukhothai Historical Park, close to the Information Center and Wat Phra Phai Luang. They offer bike rentals, so getting around is easy. They do have a car service for trips into town/bus station/airport. My room was large and clean, with a/c and TV (Thai speaking channels). They offer a small breakfast...

Baan Rim Klong was a little further away from the bars and restaurants than anticipated but due to the time of year that we stayed, this didn't matter. It was very quiet in June and most places closed early anyway. We stayed for 2 nights and on our 1 full day we hired bicycles and cycled to and around the...

We were able to get a cabin here during the Songkran Festival, and it was an ideal location. Very close to the National Park where all the festivities are held - just a bit farther than some of the parking areas! Easy bicycling distance to the Park. This place is a bit into the countryside, with nothing else nearby -...

“All the rooms do 100% justice to the pictures in the website of the resort and all are perfectly fine. If you are travelling with 3 people, I would recommend to book two sweet home room type instead of getting one family room with an extra bed if you don't mind the price difference (we paid 950 baht for the family room + 200 baht extra for the extra bed for the family room in the first night of our stay. In the second night, we rented two sweet home for 750*2 baht)”
