During my last visit to Ukraine, I had stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Firstly i was afraid after readings reviews at TripAdvisor. However my experience is better than reviews i had seen. The room was on 4th floor and was spacious with big 47inch LCD TV, Tea/coffee maker and minibar. However the bathroom was comparatively smaller in size....

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to, and I have been a lot around this region. I spent about a week here in July 2013. Here are the highlights: 1. You are expected to pay everyday for the next night - they won't accept advance payment for more than one night. No idea why. Just in case,...

The elevator was my sore spot. Sometimes I had to wait for 5-10 minutes. The 3 tiny elevators serve all 18 floors of the building and there are many businesses on the upper floors. The rooms are accessible via 2 of the elevators and no more than 3-4 people can cram into them. The stairs are around the corner if...

This hotel is terrible. The location is ok if you find yourself having to stay in Lugansk, but the place itself is terrible. Try to make contact with someone in Lugansk before you go and organise a private apartment. I have been 3 times and have paid no more than $40/night for very good apartments with great heating, bathrooms, kitchens...

Stayed in the hotel for a week in November 2011. It is immediately apparent that this place has seen better days. It is a typical Soviet style building - the rooms and furniture are worn down – and even broken. But as with many things in this World you get what you pay for. The price for a double room...

If you have no other choices on where to stay like an apartment or another hotel it will work for you. It is not the best place to stay but if you are stuck for somewhere to stay make the best of it. They were just adding a coffee bar in the lobby when I was there. Also the price...

I stayed there with friends for around a week. I had no other place to stay at that time, but never again will i stay there. Rooms are damn cold. Upon asking for heater,i got a plain NO.Why? Guess they wanted to save electricity bill. In my 1 week stay, not once did they change bed-sheets. after my morning bath,i would...

I didn't think to write a review of this hotel as having stayed there myself I didn't think anyone else would be mad or desperate enough to stay there too. However, having seen a couple of passable reviews here I thought I ought to warn people about this frightful hotel. If you are a back-packer and used to bedbugs etc....

The room we had was huge, unfreshed but that was our own choice, the price was 40€/room so we couldnt complain at all. If u want refreshed rooms u pay...

Rooms were being renovated and looked very nice. Plumbing was not so good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a cafeteria in the hotel where we could look at and pick out our food.
