Stayed here for 3 days 2 night during CNY weekend. The rooms were clean but very old. Electronics sometimes don't work so well and cable can be poor. Breakfast has limited choices but it tastes okay (local food, don't expect western stuffs). Wifi is quite weak, maybe due to the numerous number of guests. Staffs were friendly and quick to...

it was good for what you pay. clean bed, clean toilet. the buffet spread was not that generous and of acceptable quality. the location was good, ample parking space (the inner parking is a bit steep & narrow). staff was friendly & helpful. there's an open terrace with cafe on roof top. not much of a view but you can...

This is quite an affordable & nice place to stay with spacious rooms & good services provided by the hotel staff. The only problem is there is no lift in the hotel. Special thanks to the reception staff Dessy for trying her best to help us (even though fully booked) to arrange for change of rooms as we had elderly...

It was well located inside Tanjung Pinang. The whole hotel was really quiet. We were treated good and they have a place where give really great massages. Food in breakfast is not really tasty but good enough. Bad wi fi

Good free wifi up to your room. There are a lot of local transports/ angkutan kota cost Rp5000/pax that go to anywhere in Tg Pinang town right in front of the hotel. Around 100m on the right across the street there is Senayan Café. The asam pedas and fried kangkung are tasteful but not the rubbery red snapper. The ABC...

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bintan Nirwana. The room was clean, everything worked. All in all, it was good value for the money. The only disappointment was the breakfast which was more local style. Eggs served upon request but essentially raw as they are only soaked in hot water for a few minutes. There is a decent local restaurant...
