I had the best time staying at this camp in Wadi Rum. Awdea and his team are very welcoming, caring, and available. The camp is really cute, with an incredible view on the desert. The Jeep tour as well as camping outside have been both incredible experiences. Again, special thank you to Awdea who shared with us his knowledge on the desert. I would recommand it 100% !
This is really one of the most authentic and magical Bedouin camps in Wadi Rum. Located in the protected area of Wadi Rum, the camp itself is perfect but what is more special is the experiences they offer. We were incredibly lucky to spend 2 full days driving around the desert with Awdea, the kindest, most insightful and hilarious guide. He knows the desert like the back of his hand and took us to the most beautiful off the tourist trail spots. From the Saudi border to the sunset spot he took us to, everything he showed us just blew us away and so we couldn't resist camping in the desert with him after two nights in the camp. It was the most special thing I did in Jordan and I cannot wait to spend time with Awdea once again, soon inshallah!
No doubt. The best bedouin camp in Wadi Rum. Amazing views (sunset and sunrise), good food, comfy and clean beds with warm blankets, hot water... and the most important: really welcoming local bedouins. I highly recommend the full day desert tour in 4x4.
We had a great time at Wadi Rum Beduland Camp. We arrived around lunchtime and left the next morning. I would recommend staying longer. However in this short time we had a jeep tour which was amazing ending with the sunset. On the way back to the camp the temperature had dropped a lot and Awdeh provided us with a heavy blanket to keep warm in the back of the jeep. At the camp tea was always available and in the evening we had a delicious dinner, followed by a campfire. Awdeh looked after us really well and had plenty of time to just relax and chat with us. I would highly recommend this camp
You're lucky. Happiness accompanies you wherever you go. And where have you been. Otherwise you wouldn't be reading this. It seems to me that you will visit one of the most beautiful places you have been and will be. I guarantee. Say hello to my brothers and friends Awdeh, Sultan, Habib ... and everyone you see there. Me too, because I stayed there too.
We spent two nights with Beduland Camp, the first in the camp the second in the desert. Awdeh was more than great: During pre-trip communications he was responsive and sincere. At pick-up he was accurate and welcoming. The camp was in very nice spot and was neat. But the next day was gorgeous: We were picked-up by Sultan who proved to be an amazing host. We had a whole-day trip around the desert, including a camel ride. Sultan was kind and discrete, allowing us to relax and enjoy the every spot at our own pace and appreciate the magic of the desert. We ended up in a cave where he prepared for us a delicious dinner and spent an amazing night around the fire. Awdeh joined us during dinner. We discussed Beduin life, both during the past, as well as the modern time challenges for their tribe. Both our hosts were speaking very good English, which allowed us to establish an amazing level of communication and made us feel like home. The night was gorgeous, the desert was quiet and magical... an unforgettable experience!!! I highly recommend our hospitable and friendly hosts and I am pretty sure that you will enjoy as much as we did!…
We did the full day 6 hour jeep tour with dinner and overnight stay. The canyons, rock writings and views were amazing. Also, our guide Enas Hmd was very nice and made lunch for my wife and me at a secluded spot out in the desert. Would highly recommend.
We've spend two nights in the dessert. The first one was in the camp in tents - with 3 blankets it was warm to sleep :) The second night was in the cave - we had a fireplace, talked about customs of Beduins, about how they live their lives and maintain the community. Sultan is an amazing host - speaks good English, is sincere and true. It's hard to describe the Beduin people in words - you just have to meet them and see for yourself. It was a magic night - falling asleep when gazing to the sky full of starts and waking up with warm sunlight. The desert is so calm and spacious in the evening, it's perfect for a man willing to escape the busy city lights and enjoy real silence. During the day we were travelling around with jeeps and discovering beautiful valleys and rocks. It was an amazing experience.…
The guide was very helpful, he provided interesting information. Jeep tour was great, the local food in the camp was delicious. So much food we couldnt eat it all. We had water and toilet and a comfortable room. Pick up from and to camp free from wadi rum village. Beatiful sunset and sunrise. Wonderful experience!!!
I recommend you to stay few days in desert and enjoy the hospitallity of beduin. I felt so good having fun, eating and enjoying the tours they offered. Food was tasty, silence you could feel from your tent, but the best thing is the laughter thst I'll remember longer than amazing views in WadiRum desert. I'm going back!!!
