Loved this place! A long dusty road to get in, but worth it! The stone huts are incredibly spacious and private. The staff so very helpful, welcoming and genuine about making your stay the very best! The reception bar area with the central large fireplace was welcome in the cool evenings.

I just returned from a super relaxed weekend at Mbweha Camp with my partner. Being Nairobi residents, we always look for affordable places to go out of town for the weekends and found Mbweha to be a great destination, only a 2.5 hours drive from Nairobi and you find yourself in the middle of nature. The rooms are cozy and...

We stayed at the camp last week, for 2 nights. Our cottage was Waterbuck, which only had a single bed for our daughters to share but it was quite cosy just for 2 nights. The staff are very attentive and helpful when it comes to going out and about in the area. The camp is ideally placed for exploring Lake...

This camp is great. We pretty much had it to ourselves (one other party there) which is the main reason for marking this place down. The waiters are so attentive, that when you are the only people eating, you feel watched, which is uncomfortable but not a true problem. But that is the main reason for 4 not 5/5 The...

We loved this camp, the staff were very welcoming, the rooms beautifully prepared and comfortable with lots of character. The lounge area was great with a lovely fire to relax by. Everything was very well done, including the food.

My family and I were absolutely awed by this delightful small & intimate camp of 10 beautiful African style rondavels. We were housed in a family rondavel which was huge with 1 double & 2 twin beds and plenty of garden space outside. The swimming pool is lovely and we spent some quality family time swimming and enjoying the day....

Tucked away in the spectacular Great Rift Valley on the private 6400 acre Congreve Conservancy bordering Lake Nakuru National Park. Mbweha Camp is nestled up against the southern border of Lake Nakuru National Park with beautiful views over the Eburru and Mau ranges. Congreve Conservancy is part of the greater conservancy area called Soysambu which has a large part of Elementaita within its borders. Rustic lava-stone cottages with thatched roofs are surrounded by euphorbia candelabra, yellow barked acacia and other indigenous trees. Mbweha Camp is only a few hours from Nairobi, yet feels right away from it all with its relaxed atmosphere. Being situated outside a National Park allows many activities, including walking, mountain biking and night game drives.
