Stayed at this hotel with my family as there was limited accommodation available at Fraser's hill. Didn't expect much either but upon arrival to our room, my brother joked about how the room was looking super creepy. Our room had stale dusty air and some of the wallpapers were peeling off. The bathroom was ok but definitely needs a makeover...

The moment we stepped into the room a gush of stale dusty air welcomes you. Surprised that this establishment still runs as a tourist accommodation spot. Requires a major make over. Dusty room, carpets, beds. Bathrooms are old reminiscing an old horror movie. Checked out immediately to find another hotel. The management should take actions soon.

Bukit Fraser has to be one of the best places on earth, with a climate pretty much the same as Scotland at its best you find yourself in the lovely condition of not requiring air conditioning at night, and not needing a jacket during the day. We booked at short notice for our Wedding anniversary and found it to be...

We rented a three room unit at Pines Resort, Fraser's Hill, Malaysia for just a night. Upon arrival, we had to wait a little while to get the keys, but when we entered the unit, we found it uncleaned. We requested the front desk and after some delay, the cleaning crew came. Even after cleaning, the room had a musty...

The Pines Resort is well located on a hillside on the road which descends from Frasers Hill. The facility comprises family apartments located on staggered floors to conform to the land topology. Because of this, guests would likely have to haul luggage up and down flights of stairs to the unit. The common stair area is exposed and narrow, with...

We rented a 3 bedroom apartment on the second floor. There are a lot of (narrow) stairs to climb to get there, making it less suitable for the disabled or elderly. The apartment is very spacious, leaving very limited workspace in a tiny kitchen. The fridge is a tiny tiny one and did not function properly. Unlike other places that...
