Minang Cove was a true Oasis for the family. The resorts amazing private beach provided hours of snorkeling and beach time fun for the whole family. Our 12 year old loved the diving ( first time) and our 9 year old was captivated with the amazing protected snorkeling right off the beach. Tony ( the owner ) was an amazing...

We were looking for a snorkeling holiday, and found Tioman Island and Minang Cove online. We were definitely not disappointed with the choice. The scenery is stunning - the snorkeling was some of the best we've ever found. We were very lucky to get absolutely clear conditions for 5 out of 6 days - with visibility up to 60 feet...

Memorable short holiday stay for 3 days and the small secluded dated resort was perfect for a small family like us. The staff was great generally and a well managed property. The highlight of the dinner was beef rendang, coconut rice & fried fish - superb! But the Indian bar crew wasn't that happy when I chose to change my...

We booked 4 nights at the Minang Cove Resort as we were looking for the perfect island retreat to follow our stay in Singapore. We were not disappointed. The arrival went seamlessly, we were met by the owner's son as soon as we arrived at the main jetty on Tioman Island and were taken by private speedboat to the resort....

Stayed here for two nights towards the end of our travelling trip. We were greeted with the friendliest welcome, sat down with the owner and was given some drinks on arrival. All the staff put so much work into maintaining high standards of this place and they are all so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. As backpackers, this was...

"forget the time, just relax", said the owner at our arrival. And it was very easy following these words. A place like heaven - beautiful and quiet, good food and a kind staff. Charming rooms, very clean, clear water and fine sand. We very much enjoyed the daily tea break and the home made cake.

Hi, we had a family vacation and we took our kids to do their PADI Open Water, the dive instructor Stormy was probably the best dive instructor you could ask for our boys( aged 11-18yrs old), Martin aka Martini was pretty cool too. With regards to the location it is fantastic, the accommodation is basic and the food needs some...

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, and was lucky enough to have met the owner, Tony, who was there to welcome us. During the stay, we talked and he explained on the efforts that he made to get this resort to the way he want all these years. I'm going to summarize my trip in point form:...

Ahhhhh.... Minang Cove, a niche cove neatly carved out by the idyllic blue waves, nestled just where the white clouds tease the mountain tops. How could we resist the charms of our favorite dive spot and children's private playground. Our family have been coming here since its initial setup in the early 90's before and after kids. Over the years...
