          Photos of resort are misleading. Huge oil derrick 1/2 mile off shore. Newer, and nicer looking over water resort built next door. And, unfortunately, a refugee camp on the beach adjacent to the resort. There for 8 nights in Jr. Room by the dive shop....More

          Our dive group will be going to SWR next July 2015. Are any of the AC rooms facing the sea? Also, are there any excursions or anything for non-divers to do during the day?

          Hi Feral, there is no air cond for all the rooms, only ceiling fan. The air cond room is only available in bungalow resort,next to SWR, which the cost is very much higher. As for non divers, they can go for snorkelling... More

          Ciao, sto programmando i miei spostamenti in Borneo. Sembra tutto portarmi a spendere molto tempo in Sarawak, e quasi escludere i Sabah. In Sarawak si pensa di fare: - Semenggoh - le longhouse di Annah Rais - Bake - 4 giorni in Gurung Mulu Che dite? Scelte giuste e varie? L'idea poi da lì e di tornare in peninsula e da Singapore fare tutta la costa est, ma la domanda è il Sabah?! Premesso che non faremo immersioni, vale la pena raggiungerlo per il mare? Se si, quale secondo voi è il modo migliore? Grazie!!!! Riccardo
