This lodge is very basic, stayed there for a 3D2N tour. Our room was in general clean. Meals at the lodge are good, it is a buffet and you get 2 meat dishes and 2 vegetable dishes, beverages can be ordered with an extra charge. The communication at the lodge is not good, often we had to ask about the...

The place is OK. The rooms are clean and everything works. However, none of the staff showed any interest in taking to us. And the staff didn't seem interested at all. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. I know this is meant to be an "adventure" kind of places so I shouldn't...

All over Sabah we have always found staff and guides to be super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and Bilit Adventure Camp is no exception. However when you pay USD 150 per person per night you arrive with certain expectations. This is what they call their 1 night 2 day package. The foods is included but we found it very basic...

Stayed 2 nights here and it's definitely an experience. The river tours are good tho 2 where enough. The staff were generally great tho when we where moved due to a cabin fault no one mentioned we where being downgraded and where lied to when we challenged them. Worth going but I wouldnt again.

We spent 3 nights at Bilit and enjoyed every moment. Our boat driver, Ezrah, was amazing with the way he was able to spot the wildlife including, many varieties of monkeys, a wild orang utan, crocodile, pygmy monkey and so many birds. He is a great asset to this lodge and we loved all of our trips on the river....

The boat trips were terrific. We did two - wished I'd done three. The walk to the ox-bow lake was a bit of a slog but worth it. We found the accommodation comfortable and the food good enough (although by our third day there it was getting a bit repetitive.) Our kids (aged 11 & 12) loved the place as...

Spent 2 nights here on an organised tour. Had an evening cruise and dawn cruise on the river. Saw plenty of longtailed macaques, proboscis monkeys, and even a very large orangutan. Spotted several hornbills as well. The night jungle walk was a bit disappointing. Rooms were very comfortable with a/c and hot water. Food was basic but satisfactory.

We had 3 nights here as part of a tour. Accommodation was basic but seeing we were in the jungle it was better than anticipated. The AC was a bit dodgy during the day but very comfortable to sleep at night. As with other reviews the main attraction in staying here are the am & pm cruises - lots of...

Spent 3 nights here so worth it. The boat trips out on the river were just amazing, saw heaps of Monkeys & plenty of bird life. Our room was clean & comfortable, staff were friendly. While there you can hire gum boots & leech socks for a small fee, you'll be glade you did when you walk to Ox Bow...

We booked a 3 day 2 night Kinabatangan tour here, through our hostel in Sandakan. We had a brilliant time. We were collected in a minivan from Sandakan (there happened to be only 3 of us coming from there) and arrived at the lodge about 2 hours later. We took a quick speedboat across to the adventure lodge, which has...
