We booked 3 night and 2 rooms . We arrived late on our check in date and where handed 2 keys and pointed in the direction of our chalets . If we hadn't been traveling for 10 hours we would of turned round and found somewhere else . The chalets where disgusting , run down and in some respects dangerous...

i've traveled in island around malaysia for 20 years and only in 2016 i decided to check out kapas. Reason being the island might be spoiled with pollution by huge number of visitors as it is close to the mainland. To my surprise its not. You just need to know where to stay and where to swim/ snorkel/ dive. Kapas...

We booked one night for have our short gateway, however it wasn't left us a good memory. When we arrived, we were waiting more 30 minutes for check in without people approach to us. The reception is dusty and connected with restaurant, not good in organise. When we got into room, the room condition totally made us frustrated and upset. The...

We book this resort because others were fully booked. There was no drinking water in the room, not even a kettle and glasses. The toilet's flooring was dirty, no water heater and worse part was the door cannot be shut! Had to tell my friends to not peep while I'm doing my business :D. Breakfast was just blah. Bland fried...

We booked two nights there for our honeymoon and left after the first one. Would have not stayed the first night at all, but the island was fully booked. I wouldn't call it a resort, it is more of a not maintained set of bungalows. Walkways, landscaping and facilities are old and not nice. Looks like a backyard. Room was...

They showed us 4 rooms for us to accept their inhuman staying condition. Even the breakfast was cheaply and forcefully produced even the coffee just tasted like hot water flavoured with coffee. Room conditions are horible.Flooring was old, broken, toilet doors were spoilt, tiles are very dirty and toilet bowls are disgusting. The owner has cut all the maintainance on the...

Check-in was quick which is good. We're given an early check-in which is nice. The chalet that we stay is clean and just nice with ample space for our belongings plus a cupboard near bathroom. Basic amenities like cups and water heater is provided. But no t.v., no fridge and air conditioner is poor so that's the turndown as it's...

Don't ever go to this revolting hotel. Our dream of a distressing holiday turned into a traumatic nightmare. As soon as we got the room key we quickly walked to our chalet after a tiring drive from home. The surrounding area was unkempt and not inviting at all. We unlocked the door and were shockingly greeted with a messy, untidy,...

Dirty rooms, unfriendly stuff, old and damaged chalets and furniture. Dirty and obviously broken bathroom....we went in...stayed two minutes and left the resort....never again!!! Caution!!! There seams to be a knowledge everywhere about the situation in that resort. In internet we could read, that the resort is nearly fully booked, but there were nobody! Maybe all the other booked and...

This is the worst resort I've ever been. The picture shown I guess it was more than 10 years ago. Not well-maintained. In online agent website indicate buffet breakfast but was served ala carte breakfast that costs averagely RM10. Luckily we shortened our stay for 1 night instead of 2 nights. I think Makcik Gemuk Resort is much more better....
