We stayed at Youssef's Riad as part of our Morocco tour with Moha (caminobereber). And we absolutely loved the place. Why? many things: it's a small but beautifully decorated riad, right in the heart of Merzouga village. In the rooms you really feel you are in the desert. Youssef made our stay superb: his dedication to the guests is incredible....

We stayed at Chez Youssef 2 days and we enjoyed every single moment. The ospitality is great and Youssef is very friendly. Even if this place is economic I felt much better here than in every other hotel. I strongly suggest to visit Youssef

The best part about Chez Youssef... is Youssef. A most gracious and welcoming host, he truly goes the extra mile for his guests. Chez Youssef is a cozy and romantic little Inn that has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The food is delicious, and Youssef adds his special touches to everything. we visited chez yussef on july of 2012. it was really the best choice because it combines your stay with the hospitality of a native Maroccan, who is friendly, helpful and knows everything about this area. We chose chez Yussef because we had read that he was a guide and finally we did the right choice. He helped us book...

As mentioned below, it was one of the best places we visited in Morocco, since Youssef is such an amazing host and cook as well! Do try his food, it's delicious. The rooms are clean, there are ACs that warm up the...

We enjoyed our time at Chez Youssef. It is a great budget option for overnight accommodation. The service and friendliness of staff was excellent. And the rooms had hot water and a working heater/air conditioner.

We stayed at Merzouga for two nights - one night at Chez Youssef and one night in the desert (great trip organized by Youssef). We really enjoyed the great hospitality and attention to detail, the delicious homemade food for lunch and dinner and an incredible breakfast. Very recommendable!

We visited 6 cities in Morocco, and we found the best host and food in Merzouga at Chez Youssef. The food is home made, very tasty and plentiful. The house if very pleasant and offers an intimate moroccan experience. But the best thing about this place is Youssef himself. He's a very pleasant and friendly man, who will do his...

A really really great place- beautiful and really luxurious for the price- it was way more than I have been used to! And Youssef is fantastic, really friendly and caring and takes a lot of pride in his hotel! (and quite rightly in his breakfast too). I arrived with a friend a day early with nothing booked and he really...
