We are 2 Bikers how we're recommended to The Panorama. Couldn't be happier with our choice. Fantastic hotel situated on a small outcrop with views over the dunes of Erg Chebbi. Ali the host is excellent speaking several languages and taking time to speak personally with guests. This is our 8th day of a 2 week trip and the food...

The Kasbah Panorama is located on a rocky outcrop with views over the Sahara and with camels feeding in a rear compound. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably spacious. They are relatively basic but suitably atmospheric. The staff are friendly and attentive and both breakfast and dinner were of a good standard. The Kasbah Panorama was an ideal stopping point...

It is a lovely place to stay, easy to locate (especially at night if you arrive late, like we did), the hosts are friendly and always happy to help. To quote the host himself, "there can always be a possibility". They also help with organising desert activities. Main thing I wanted to say was the decor - it is incredible!...

Situated on a rocky promatory on the edge of the desert this hotel is rather special. 360 degree views with the desert just 300 yards away. You could mistake this place for a Wild West fort. The small group of local chaps who run this place do a good job with some great meals. We had the place to ourselves...

This hotel sits on a small hill with great sunrise and sunset views of the Saharan dunes. The hotel is aptly named. The walk to the dunes is a short one. Or you can ride a camel. It is a fun group of guys running the place. They are excellent drummers! Unfortunately our camel guide ruined the image when he...

I'm travelling frequently to Merzouga and always loved to stay in Panorama. Everybody is super caring and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and lovely furnished. I've always had nice food, good wifi connection and entertainment with drums, good talks or just enjoyed the silence and the breathtaking view.

We spend 2 nights with Hassan and his staff. Everything was perfect. (except the weather). We were greeted by Hassan and a hot cup of Berber Tea, which was delicious. Hassan and staff bend over backwards to make us feel comfortable. We ate all of our meals there and the breakfasts were terrific. We ate our breakfast outside on the...

With no accommodation prebooked we approached this hotel because it look like a great location from the road (built over a mound, overlooking the sand dunes and a bit outside the city of Merzouga). Being low season we were the only ones staying and we chose a suite with a balcony for 600MAD, including dinner and breakfast. The Kalia they...

If you want to fully enjoy your experience in the Moroccan desert, the Kasbah Hotel Panorama is the ideal spot for you. Everything is great, from the warm welcome of its hosts to the nicely decorated rooms in the typical Moroccan tradition, most of them equipped with A/C. The elevated location provides a unique view of the surroundings, including the...
