We had a really good stay and would highly recommend anyone to try this place out. Confident you will not be disappointed. You will be right on the edge of the desert. Really caring team run this homely oasis.

The family-run auberge was more than we had expected! Our bus from Fes had arrived an hour early, but Hassan and his brother were already at the bus station waiting for us. The desert trek and our stay at the hostel both exceeded our expectations. The family who runs the hostel is friendly and helpful. Incredible value. Even more incredible...

Situated in the small village of Hassilabied, just 5 kilometers north from the more touristic village of Merzouga, we had a fantastic stay at Auberge La Source. Easy to find, fairly cheap (20€ for three persons per night, including fantastic breakfast), ensuite bathroom with working hot water (which isn't always the case when you're budget-travelling Morocco). The brothers that host...

After several days in fast-paced and claustrophobic Marrakech, two nights with Auberge la Source were a very welcome relaxing break. The staff was incredibly friendly, and responded to all our needs and really contributed to making the stay a great experience. We arrived after a 12-hour bus ride from Marrakech, and one of the four brothers, Said, was at the...

My friends and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights (including 1 night in the desert). This was the best experience in Morocco which make my friends and I have a really nice memory in Morocco. We were so sad when we left this hotel. It sounds so dramatic, hahaha, but it is true. Hasan upgraded our room without...

We went to Merzouga for two nights from Marrakech. Marrakech is a place full of people asking you buying their products. We felt very very very extremely annoying in Marrakech. However, once we went off the coach from Marrakech after 13 hours travel, the owner(please forgive me I forgot his name) has already waited us at the bus stop. He...

Breathtaking view of the dunes and oasis. Super-friendly staff (provides ride from bus station); they'll arrange overnight camel trek and 4WD tour around the dunes. Excellent home-cooked meal. Topping it all off, if you're lucky, will be the singing and drumming from the brothers.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. It is owned and operated by four brothers who will do anything and everything to make sure you have a great stay. We stayed in a classic suite with television - it is a huge room with a tv with english stations. One of the brothers cooked us dinner both nights, excellent meals...
