I stayed at Kasbah Mohayut and their desert camp (Mohayut Camp- reviewed separately) based on a review in the HuffPost and I couldn’t have been more pleased with this decision! This is an oasis after your long journey to the Sahara. The rooms were clean...More
We slept one night at the Mohayut hotel. The swimming pool offers a nice refreshment from the high temperatures. It is possible to walk to the Sahara Dunes and enjoy the fascinating desert. The restaurant serves really tasteful food. Kind staff.
We enjoyed this hotel very much. The first night we slept in the dessert after a camelsafari and the second night we slept in a very large and quiet room. The swimming pool was refreshing after the dessert. We had a good dinner the second...More

Hello, I am looking to book this hotel for a 2 day trip to the desert in December in between a week long holiday in Marrakech. What is the best way to get to this hotel and back to Marrakech? I understand we can organize a camel trek into the desert from the hotel however I'm concerned about the transport from Marrakech to Merzouga. Please advise - thank you!

It's quite a nice drive from Marrakech, whether you want to hire a driver or self drive.
