We found a friendly desert oasis at Kasbah Mohayut...we were greeted by Mohammed and his funny and gracious staff...we were impressed with the accomadations on the edge of the sand dunes...we had a beautifully decorated room with a nice bed to rest after the dromedary ride to watch the amazing sunset and then returned to eat a delicious and healthy...

Good hotel, nice room, comfy bed and good enough bathroom. The swimming pool is lovely after a day driving and a refreshing soda or orange juice is a bliss. The view is stunning from our roof terrace into the desert. At sunset we walked into the dunes to watch the sun go down and many others used quads, camels or...

It is hard to know which of the Kasbah's to pick - they all seem to do the same thing. We are glad we chose this one. The Kasbah is easy to find a few hundred meters off the tarmac - hard ground ordinary car is fine. The Kasbah is very nice, we had a fabulous lunch of salad and...

Our group of eight was met graciously by our host, Moha, with the traditional mint tea and soon we were having scarves tied around our heads Berber style. It was time to pack up your not so good camera and hop on your dromedary (one Hump) named Clyde for the overnight in the desert. This was a chance of a...

It seems there are rooms which have been refurbished while others that actually need refurbishment. The one we had needed to be taken care off. We didn't have hot water even if used within the time frame that we were told to use it to have hot water. The A/C was working but half way through the night it would...

Our stay at Kasbah Mohayut and to the desert was the highlight of my trip to Morocco . The staff were welcoming, friendly and always helpful throughout our stay and even provided us with the tour of the village gardens and parts of the village itself. The meals were of local cuisine and our guided trip by camel in to...

It was great. Lovely tour of the village where we spent quite bit in the shop! Bought some fossils from the smalll boys from the village. Rode a camel into the sunset and stayed in the desert one night in a Berber tent. All in all a wonderful experience.

Beautiful place with lovely, honest, and helpful staff. Honestly, in a place where we often felt as though people were constantly trying to get something out of us, this was a welcome oasis.

After a long drive from Zagora in out trusty Fiat Punto (you do not need a 4 wheel drive car) we arrived at this amazing hotel. Comfortable and cool with beautiful bedrooms. Air conditioning and a great shower. A beautiful pool with lovely gardens all sheltering behind the high walls. The view from our window looked over to the dunes...
