Nice location across the river. The building is a bit of en eye sore, but it's nice on the inside. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are roomy. Breakfast is good and served very early. The one negative is wifi, which is hardly existent in the rooms when it works...

The staff is AWESOME! They were very accommodating for our situation. Our flight got in too late into Cusco and we weren't able to make the train to Aguas Calientes the same day. The staff was amazing and allowed us to stay at their Cusco location for the evening (Strongly recommend staying here if you spend a couple days in...

Agua Calientes is a tourist town placed just so people have a nearby place to stay while visiting the citadel. It is nothing more than restaurants and hotels plus tourist shops. So that being said, if you want to be in the heart of hustle bustle don't come here. This hotel is at the end of town and you will...

We have spent one night before visiting Machupicchu. Hotel is well organized, breakfast starts at 4.30 so you can catch the very morning bus to Machupicchu. There is a nice service of delivering your bags to the train station too. Apart from that it should be a 3 stars hotel. The rooms are average, bathtub was not very clean, there...

We spent three nights at Tierra Viva Machu Picchu and enjoyed our time there. The hotel and restaurant staff were always friendly and inviting, happy to engage in Spanish conversation about the area, and offered tips and directions when needed. We stayed in room 501, a standard double room on the top floor, which was a basic accomodation with the...

This was a nice hotel in the busy tourist town of machu pichu (Aguascalientes). The staff was helpful, the beds comfortable and the included breakfast buffet was delicious. The price was affordable considering the elevated prices in this town in general. I would totally recommend this hotel.

This location is perfect. Just far enough to be quiet and tranquil, but a super close walk to everything including the busses and train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we had while in Peru. The omlet station was fantastic. Everything was well presented and tasty! The two rooms we had were clean and...

We visited last week and had a very rainy day climbing Machu Picchu. Cannot thank Casilda at the front desk enough for helping us with towels to dry off and place to change. Great base for touring the area. Clean and functional! The rooms have everything you need.

Everything is close in Aguas calientes but this hotel really is a good deal. Breakfast is great and they already know if you booked before in another hotel of the chain (I.e. Cusco) so you don't have to show your passports anymore. Great stay and close to bus stop!
